Nice hotel with very friendly staff and a good range of food at the buffet with theme changes every night. There are 2 pools and a jaccuzi and they are all very nice and the slides are very fun even for adults. Shuttle buses took us to the main strip of protaras and the beach most days which was excellent, konnos beach is a must. Rooms are very nice, they do not have regular duvets like you would have in the uk, just regular blankets, however the bed itself is very comfortable and with the heat in summer a duvet is not necessary. Air conditioning in the room was amazing and the showers were also amazing. Towels are changed if you put them on the floor or ask for a change however they did sometimes forget to replace some a lot of the time and we had to contact reception to request extra towels. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the wifi service in some of the rooms and part of the hotel, it was constantly on and off and never really worked at all most of the time, Im unsure of whether it was just my room (35) or if others were affected by it. Unfortunately, I had to pay to get data from my provider which turned out to be expensive for both me and my family, which on top of the extensive 90 euro charge for late checkout on the last day came to a lot of expenditures, especially as it was just a few extra hours. It would have also been nice to see a bit more seafood at the buffets, as even on the Mediterranean night there was not much seafood variety. The sandwiches that are given in packed lunches are also VERY dry and do not have any butter, I had to take the little bit of ham and cheese out and just eat it on its own. Other than that, the food was lovely and the snack bar was also really great with a variety of pastas, chicken nuggets, fish fingers, fresh salads, cakes, fruits, gyros, burgers, etc. The meze restaurant is also a must for one night of your stay. Huge shoutout to Flouris who was very kind and respectful and would always make time to assist any issues, all the staff were very helpful and have a great sense of humour. Overall, it was an amazing holiday and this resort is a lovely place to stay if you are looking for somewhere more quiet and family friendly.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable experience, the hotel is excellent. There was a wide variety of food at meals, everything was very clean and delicious. The rooms are large and clean, all paths are accessible to strollers and the gardens are very well-kept. A real pleasure. A big thank you to the hotel manager for the kind and caring attitude. Thanks to Gabriella at the reception for the pleasant service and response. We had a wonderful vacation

Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Had a fantastic time from start to finish and didn't want to go home. It's clear all of the team at St Elias Resort work exceptionally hard. The food was always spot on, with plenty of variety and the restaurant was always clean. The bar staff made a good selection of cocktails and it was nice that genuine branded spirits were being used, unlike some places we've stayed previously. Our room was well kept and cleaned daily, thanks to housekeeping. It was upto date and had everything we needed, including comfy beds, in which I slept like a log! This resort has something for everyone, if you're looking for peace and quiet, stay at the bottom pool, if you're there as a family then the top pool is the place to be, with water slides, bar and the entertainment team. Like you're fitness, there's a decent gym onsite too and then you can relax with a massage after. We went with our 3 year old daughter Holly and she absolutely loved the entertainment team lead by Hazel, whether she was playing kids darts, doing zumba, or dancing her socks off at the evening mini disco. The team made a real effort there and we appreciated that. Want to head into Protaras, the hotel has a complimentary shuttle bus driven by Adamos, he goes on the hour every hour 9am-6am. By the end of our stay the staff felt more like friends and family, with Floris and Jake even coming to wave us off, we were sad to be leaving. Efkharisto St Elias.

We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at St. Elias Resort, and honestly, we’re already planning our return for next year! There were 12 of us in total – 8 adults and 4 children – and every single one of us had an amazing holiday. The rooms are perhaps a little dated in places, but they were spotlessly clean and we absolutely loved the layout of the resort. The food was exactly as others have described, but we genuinely couldn't fault it. We mainly used the snack bar for lunch and thought it was fantastic – fresh, delicious, and perfect for a relaxed midday meal. We also dined in Meze one evening, where both the food and service were exceptional. The portions were incredibly generous – almost too much food! The main restaurant offered a different theme every night, which kept things interesting, and again, we always found something we enjoyed. A special mention has to go to Floris, who went completely out of his way to accommodate one of our children who will only eat chicken nuggets. Every evening he made sure there was something suitable available, which was so appreciated and really demonstrates the level of care shown by the staff. In fact, we only ate out on one evening during our stay, which is very unusual for our family. That alone says a lot about the quality and variety of food on offer at the resort. The entertainment team were absolutely brilliant. They genuinely go above and beyond, and all four children eagerly joined in with activities throughout the holiday. This is very unusual for our family, so it speaks volumes about how welcoming, engaging, and personable the team are. They created such a lovely atmosphere and made everyone feel included. The bar staff were equally fantastic. Before long they knew our drinks orders and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Another huge thank you goes to Floris. He is friendly, warm, approachable, and clearly lives and breathes St. Elias. He made time for everyone, always stopped to chat, and worked tirelessly to ensure guests were enjoying themselves. His passion for the resort shines through and makes a real difference to the guest experience. The only minor issue we experienced was some discolouration to lighter-coloured swimwear from the pool. The hotel is aware of this and is actively trying to resolve it, and it appears to be related to certain sun creams rather than the pool itself. Importantly, the stains came out once washed at home, so it really wasn't a major problem for us and certainly didn't affect our holiday. Overall, we absolutely loved St. Elias Resort. It has such a friendly, personal feel, and the staff genuinely care about making your holiday special. We left with 12 very sad people, but we're already excited about returning next year! Thank you to everyone at St. Elias for such a memorable family holiday.
