  • Breakfast(7.30am to 10am), lunch (12.30pm to 2.30pm), and dinner (6.30pm to 9pm) served buffet style in Lime Restaurant
  • Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served in the main bar La Pella (10am to 12 midnight)
  • Selected beverages (wine, beer, still water soft drinks and fruit juices) served during lunch and dinner in Lime Restaurant

Firstly, I wouldn't say this was a 5 star hotel but it's getting there. The staff are all warm and welcoming and would do anything for you. I have to give a special mention to Oliver and his sister, Sarah who were both exceptional. The food did repeat every week but there was enough options each day for this to not be a problem. Some of the structures need a lot of work doing, mainly the decked areas. A lot of the decking was either broken or sticking up making it a trip hazard. One of the jetties was in a bad state and would dare walk across it. Surprised it wasn't closed off. If this was sorted out then it would be more like A 5 star. There are sea planes taking off and landing throughout the day. A bit noisy if you're near that area but great to watch. Can't complain about them as without them you'd not be able to get to the island. Overall an amazing place to visit and would happily return some day

I would like to express my gratitude to the resort for their excellent service and great cooperation with us. I would also like to thank the entire staff for their warm welcome, their constant smiles, and their pleasant and positive spirit. A special thanks goes to the chef for preparing an exceptional and delicious meal for me and my wife when he found out that we are Arabs and were not satisfied with the lunch and dinner options, as they did not suit our taste. He kindly made a special meal just for us, and we truly appreciate it. Thank you all very much!

The resort, the rooms, the staff, and above all their attentiveness and friendliness were perfect for us. Ashraf in the service area was amazing. He and the young man from the "fresh fruit station" definitely contributed to making us feel very comfortable. We stayed for 11 nights, 6 in a beach villa and 5 in an ocean pool villa, and both are definitely worth staying in. One criticism was the extremely poor entertainment. Holding a "Miss Hotel" contest in 2025 and then exposing the women to ridicule may have worked in 1974, but not anymore. The fire show was a bad joke, and karaoke, which neither the participants nor the audience are interested in, is also outdated.
