Great place to stay. We were in a bungalow in front of the beach with a view of the sunrise. All staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two different swimming pools on site. The beach seems almost private with no people but guests of the hotel. The gym is very nice too. It could use some fans since there is no AC, but we went at 6am. The breakfast was good with Vietnamese food, omletes, sausages, several fruits, juices and bread to choose from. If I'm back in Da Nang I will definitely stay here again.

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and welcome here. I spent most of my time working on my laptop with their fast, stable Wi-Fi while enjoying the stunning beach view. The room service was prompt, the drinks were delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast was a highlight—I loved trying three different types of Pho and making my own Banh Mi; the Vietnamese coffee was excellent! While the furniture shows some age (the hotel is 20+ years old), it is clearly well-maintained. It's about 15-20 mins from the city center, but the beachfront location and high CP value make it a fantastic choice compared to pricier neighbors. I will definitely visit again!

Stayed a week in the garden view bungalow. The interior of the room hasn’t been updated for a few decades but still functional and clean. The hotel is located in the resort area so pretty quiet and far away from the city which is great for relaxing. Beach is clean and not crowded, easy to find a sun bed. Breakfast is basic. Staffs are very helpful. Overall I recommend for the price point.

A reservation in another location got cancelled at the last minute, so we booked this amazing hotel on the same morning that we checked in, managed to get a very good deal hehee.. staff at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming! The hotel building is quite old and dated but is still very clean, cosy and comfortable! We got a free upgrade to a suite overlooking the sea ❤️ had a really great time just chilling by the beach and pool. Breakfast was tasty, every Mon-Wed-Fri there is a buffet dinner with Hue's speciality foods and other amazing Vietnamese dishes, it was incredibly tasty and a must-try. We had a great stay!

To escape, disconnect and relax, it was a good location for the weekend. Staff at front desk, in restaurants and by the spa are doing their best, but there is clearly no leadership presence to guide them. They are nice, but sequences of service and standards are non-existent, and the management team needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Your team needs your help and guidance. I am leaving a 4 star review only because of the line employees, who are holding this place together. Without them, I am not even sure I would rate it with 3 stars… The resort is poorly maintained and in need of a complete refurbishment. Some places are abandoned, rotten and falling apart (old saffron restaurant - huge space), kids club open but unsupervised and moldy equipment, etc. The room floor was constantly dirty and greasy, furniture damaged and wooden furniture swollen with humidity, terrace was moldy with rusty railing. The owners should really play their part and take responsibility. Da Nang being a vibrant destination with tourism increasing rapidly, the hospitality sector needs hotels and resorts of quality that reflect positively on the destination, if not Da Nang will get hurt when it comes to tourists comments on social medias and it will backfire. Hopefully you will take this as constructive feedback and take action accordingly.
