Twinsburg travel did it again . Jason organized a trip for 8 of my friends to The Royal Bahamian in the Bahamas. We were not the traditional guests here considering we were all friends celebrating our 55th Birthdays , however it checked off a lot of what we were looking for . Great dining , clear water , pretty beach , all inclusive ( best for groups) , not too big . and proximity to nightlife (Baha mar) . The restaurants exceeded our expectations . The staff were accommodating to our group . The rooms and resort were newly renovated with classy decor . We were in the west bay club level oceanfront which was great . Nightlife is very mellow since it caters to couples but it’s great that you have the option to visit the close casinos . We went to the private island one day which is a nice option but realized staying at the beach at the property was perfect . The beach is not long but the water makes up for it . Thank you Jason and Karen for your recommendation and looking forward to my next return trip to Antigua .

The butler service at the resort was top notch. The crew we had, Dalton, Nasha, and Cameal handle every request no problem. From shifting dinner reservations, booking transport, to facilitating day-to-day tasks. Can't say enough great things about how that team made our stay more enjoyable, which allowed my wife and I to really relax. Nothing this team wouldn't do to make sure we had a great time. Also our transport drive, Ricardo was great about history of the island and things to do. 100% recommend the resort. Only criticism, which is very minor, was the regular staff at the resort seemed over worked and under appreciated. Some of that I feel could be attributed to guests who do not treat staff with respect, but could feel that undertone when interacting with them. This should not deter anyone from visiting this resort. Look forward to our next stay, keep up the strong work Dalton, Nasha, and Cameal!

We just returned from five nights at Sandals Royal Bahamian and loved it. The resort is easy to navigate, and we especially appreciated being able to move easily between the “quiet” pool, the lively pool, and the beach. Beach activities—including scuba diving and snorkeling—launch directly from the resort’s beach, which made everything very convenient. The restaurants are all very good, and our favorite was the sushi restaurant, Soy. The food there was excellent. Nightlife was another highlight. We enjoyed karaoke, piano sing-alongs, and several outdoor shows. We also spent a relaxing day on Sandals’ private island nearby and had fun taking a taxi into Nassau to explore the city. If you’re looking for a great blend of relaxation, fun, and island vibes in the Bahamas, we would definitely recommend Sandals Royal Bahamian.

We recently stayed at Sandals Royal Bahamian and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The resort itself was beautiful, the food was consistently good, and the staff throughout the property were friendly and welcoming. A special highlight of our trip was our butlers, Derron & Logesh,— they were attentive, kind, and truly made our stay feel special. Their service went above and beyond and was one of the best parts of our vacation. The only disappointment for us was the room. It wasn’t quite what we expected based on the description and photos when booking. While it was clean and comfortable, it didn’t fully match the level we anticipated for the category we reserved. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives. We had a great time overall and appreciated the excellent service, especially from the butler team and staff who worked hard to make guests feel welcome.

My wife and I just returned from a week-long vacation at Sandals Royal Bahamian, and we absolutely LOVED it. When my wife and I travel, we like to enjoy a more "low key" and quiet experience. There are 2 VERY large pools, 1 for people like us, and another for people who prefer a livelier experience. Sitting by the quieter pool, we couldn't even hear what was going on at the party pool! There is also a very small pool and hot tub, tucked into a very secluded area, which is very peaceful. Employees at this resort are top-notch. Polite, helpful, and are very attentive. There is a very nice piano bar located in the East building, and there are piano-sing-a-longs every night. The bar is fantastic, and Michelle, who bartends at the piano bar, was my absolute FAVORITE. She is so friendly and sweet, and she makes great drinks, too. The only issue that we had with the room was that toward the end of our stay, the shower drain was draining VERY slowly, and we had a hard time getting someone there to fix it. Other than that, everything was GREAT. We will definitely be back to enjoy this great resort, and to see Michelle. :)
