The front office staff were very helpful and friendly. They did not hesitate to lend a hand. I am impressed at the affordability and cleanliness of the hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel again just for the convenient location and the fact that any body of water could make me relaxed. Beautiful view of the waterfront. I loved Clarke quay.

The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling, which makes you feel truly welcome. The rooms are great, very clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located right in the center of Singapore, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and public transport. Overall, it offers great value for money, a warm atmosphere, and a very enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. :)

The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to most of the facilities and the prices are low. The service are very good and the employees are polite and friendly. And there are clean, tidy rooms. My family and I rented four rooms and we all had an lovely 10 day stay at this hotel. Thank you for everything, love from Norway!

Amazing service! They allowed me to check in early, which was a lifesaver after a long flight. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is in a great spot near many cafes and bars. Will definitely come back!
