From check in we noticed how the team are very professional with the process. They gave us a room with a stunning sea view which exactly we booked. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, so comfy with zero noise level and all the amenities are avaliable. The hotel providing a private beach access and they really well maintained to ensure all the guests are relaxing. Breakfast was so nice and has a wide varieties suitable for many nationalities. All the team there in all the departments are so professional, very accommodating and smiling from their heart. We also noticed the prices in the hotel are decent. So if you looking for a place to chill with excellent service with a very good value for money, this is the best choice and we cannot wait to come again. We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out at this hotel. The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean, and the overall service is top notch. We visited as walk-in guests without any prior booking, and we were genuinely impressed by the hospitality. A special shoutout to the Reception Manager — he was extremely professional, humble, and incredibly helpful. Despite it being a walk-in, he made sure we were given a sea view room at the best price possible. Waking up to that amazing sea view made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and for the warm hospitality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing 2-night stay at Ramada Ajman! From the moment we arrived until check-out, every staff member made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. A heartfelt thank you to the Front Office team for the smooth check-in and check-out process and for always being warm and professional. The bellmen were friendly, helpful, and assisted us with a smile. Kareem; Mahmoud, Sharif. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the bellman who escorted us to our room during check-in, but he was excellent and deserve recognition. Thank you for his outstanding service! The Housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room spotless, fresh, and comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciate the F&B staff for their outstanding service—they were attentive, polite, and made every meal enjoyable. A special thanks as well to the pool attendant for maintaining a clean and relaxing pool area while being kind and accommodating. Special thanks to Ate Jessica and another Filipina staff member. I’m sorry I forgot your name, but thank you both for your kindness, warm hospitality, and excellent service! The hotel’s excellent service, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Amazing experience.....Receptionist "Ms. Jennifer" simply outstanding on her duty. Other team members also helpful (Mr. Muhammed and his team).. No hassles...amazing view from the room...private beach access, swimming pool (staffs were very happy to serve)....mindblowing dinner...Serving boys in the restaurant were very professional...additionally the service boy and valet driver "Mr. Shareeful"....thanks man.... approach to the guest were outstanding by all the staffs.
