The staff was wonderful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Steps from the beach and the water is amazing. The people of Grenada are all on island time. Be patient no one on the island is in a hurry except for driving. Overall a wonderful resort. The general manager was very nice to talk to. He even bought my wife and I a drink. Thank you! Very nice gesture. We would definitely come back here. Also be prepared for people painting and doing updates to make the property even better.

Had a very, very mixed stay here last week. The beach is lovely. The pools are beautiful and clean. The rooms are fine. Housekeeping was solid. Loads of loud construction. The complimentary breakfast was hit and miss. Coffee ran out several mornings. Eggs from the buffet were ice cold. And as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for years: the service here was mostly ( with a few exceptions) pretty bad. Almost no one smiles. The bartender Jamal was wonderful. Friendly. Good at his job. But most of the time with anyone else I would sit for 5-10 minutes at a half empty bar before someone would even offer to take my order. Multiple times. And they made you feel like you were bothering them. Last day I was there I ordered a salad. They were out of salad. All salads. 🙃 another bartender my first night had apparently just started bartending as he made us drinks that weren’t even close to what we ordered. The fact that you couldn’t watch the World Cup in your rooms, But only on two screens outside by the bar - really sucked. It was hot. Very very hot. In the room the safe was broken. Took three times asking and several days to get it fixed. You can’t screen share on the TVs ( even though it says you can). And my “garden view” was a palm tree and two dumpsters. Finally. If you plan to use US dollars - try and bring bills fresh from the mint or iron them Before you come ( mostly joking) but I had perfectly good currency turned down multiple times because they said it was ripped or damaged ( it was not)… super odd. Ultimately I enjoyed the sun and the water. It’s a beautiful island. But I would not stay here again….

We were initially in room 317 which flooded due to blocked drains, with grey water spreading from the bathroom into the bedroom. Staff resolved the external blockage quickly, but communication regarding remedial action in our own room was poor. A housekeeper later informed us that 317–319 flood regularly. We had to ask to be relocated and were placed in a beachfront room beside the main pool and bar. Unfortunately, excessive late-night noise made it unsuitable for a relaxing stay, and complaints to security and reception after 10pm had little effect. After further requests, we were eventually moved to a quieter area of the resort. We also experienced a breakfast billing error where two guests were incorrectly charged around $60 USD, which took over 48 hours, several discussions, and 4 hours of our holiday to resolve. Management staff other than Mrs Purser were generally unhelpful, however most other staff were lovely. There are positives: the location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the daytime atmosphere is relaxed. Early room access was appreciated. Special thanks also to Chef Joseph for accommodating my coeliac disease, although awareness of cross-contamination risks could be improved. Overall, many guests will likely enjoy their stay, but I would strongly advise confirming your room allocation in advance and avoiding beachfront rooms if seeking peace and quiet. And while we want to be able to offer a positive review, it would be misrepresentative to do so.

I need to state the hotel is undergoing renovations in the rooms and facilities, what we experienced will have changed. They tried their best not to disrupt the guests during the work and in our case the disruption was minimal. All of the staff we dealt with were exceptional! We requested an early check in before hand and Kassia on the front desk got us in a room by noon, Thanks Kassia. The rooms are clean but the bathroom is a bit dated, old but well maintained and usable. We had the bath tub, it was beginning to show wear but clean, new electric mirror and the toilet worked. Our ac worked well and the bedding was comfortable. Love the led ceiling fan! Our room was one to be updated in the on going renovations. The grounds are very well maintained and again the staff all seemed to be helpful, never had any issues with the staff and all seemed willing to help with in reason. Breakfast had decent offerings, pastries, fruits, breads, different breakfast meat offerings, egg, pancake/waffle stations etc. I understand the reason for having staff serve you at the buffet line and while they do ration, a simple polite request for a little extra bacon wasn't an issue. One thing that is in short supply was sugar free sweeteners, they were the first to go on the tables or coffee station and it would take a bit for them to get more. I would ask for this as you walked in if you need. Stick with the tea or live with the instant coffee, the typical hotel mediocre pre brewed coffee exists here too and is the one disappointment in an otherwise good breakfast buffet offering. The paid coffee shop while limited was excellent and was my morning life saver after breakfast or for my late latte fix. The in hotel food was ok, nothing of note but there were good restaurants in walking distance around. The beach was the real highlight, it's now one of our favorite beaches, calm, clear and the locals are not intrusive, they will peddle their wares but won't hassle you. The beach chairs are semi self serve, they put a few out early but the prime spots under the trees you need to put your own chairs there and claim it. Good onsite dive shop, I highly recommend the statue dive! The hotel hits the mark for a quiet relaxing vacation, Grenada has a few sites to explore ( visit the water fall, the monkeys! statue dive ). We enjoyed our stay more than some 5 star all inclusives in other islands. Highly recommended! Thanks Radisson Grenada for one of our better Caribbean stays!

Enjoyed my recent stay here. The beach is gorgeous and grounds are pretty. The room was nice, and the beds a high point. I found the staff, like the rest of the servers in Grenada, a bit surly, but it was fine. One thing they need to address is a drainage ditch that bisects the northern third of the property that very much appears (and smells) like an open sewage drain.
