We were initially in room 317 which flooded due to blocked drains, with grey water spreading from the bathroom into the bedroom. Staff resolved the external blockage quickly, but communication regarding remedial action in our own room was poor. A housekeeper later informed us that 317–319 flood regularly. We had to ask to be relocated and were placed in a beachfront room beside the main pool and bar. Unfortunately, excessive late-night noise made it unsuitable for a relaxing stay, and complaints to security and reception after 10pm had little effect. After further requests, we were eventually moved to a quieter area of the resort. We also experienced a breakfast billing error where two guests were incorrectly charged around $60 USD, which took over 48 hours, several discussions, and 4 hours of our holiday to resolve. Management staff other than Mrs Purser were generally unhelpful, however most other staff were lovely. There are positives: the location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the daytime atmosphere is relaxed. Early room access was appreciated. Special thanks also to Chef Joseph for accommodating my coeliac disease, although awareness of cross-contamination risks could be improved. Overall, many guests will likely enjoy their stay, but I would strongly advise confirming your room allocation in advance and avoiding beachfront rooms if seeking peace and quiet. And while we want to be able to offer a positive review, it would be misrepresentative to do so.

I went to this hotel in April and the water was beautiful - clear and turquoise. It is a quiet and beautifully landscaped hotel located within a 10 minute ride from the airport. My beachfront room next to the cafe/pool had the best location, but the room's furniture looked like it had survived a hurricane. The TV was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable, though. Next time I will choose a garden room. I went on a half-day tour of the island (inquire at the reception desk) and had a superb time with the tour guide called Dany. This is a great "budget friendly" hotel near a grocery store, a grill center, a plaza and another beautiful beach called BBC beach. A beautifully located restaurant called Brisa Mar overlooks the beach and bay - check it out.

Enjoyed my recent stay here. The beach is gorgeous and grounds are pretty. The room was nice, and the beds a high point. I found the staff, like the rest of the servers in Grenada, a bit surly, but it was fine. One thing they need to address is a drainage ditch that bisects the northern third of the property that very much appears (and smells) like an open sewage drain.

I stayed here for 6 days. Overall very pleased. The location is great right on the beach and close to shopping centers, food and transportation. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. There was no long waiting to be served at the restaurants. Everything was made fresh and delicious. Their bakery 10/10 and you must try everything. Everything made fresh and very delicious. My fave was their nutmeg cheesecake cake. The rooms were cleaned every day, beds were comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous. Beautiful trees everywhere and well maintained. The pool was clean and well maintained as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Radisson to celebrate my spouse’s 40th birthday. We were incredibly touched when the hotel upgraded our room and surprised us with a birthday cake and fruit waiting for us upon arrival. It made the celebration feel really special and thoughtful. Any issues we had with the room were addressed very quickly, and the staff throughout our stay were warm, professional, and attentive. I especially want to give a special shoutout to Linnel at the bar, who was absolutely lovely and added so much warmth to our experience. I am also very grateful for the hospitality of Kassia and Jamia at the front desk as well as Alana. I’ve been visiting this property for many years, back when it was still called Grenada Grand Beach Resort, and while the resort has changed over time, one thing that has remained consistent is the quality of the staff and the unbeatable location. Being right on Grand Anse Beach is amazing, and it’s so convenient to catch the number 1 bus into town. There are also grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which makes everything easy and accessible. Overall, we had a beautiful stay and look forward to returning again in the future.
