We had such a lovely stay at this hotel — everything from the warm hospitality to the thoughtful amenities made it an amazing experience for our little family. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with excellent facilities that are both luxurious and baby-friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable for us and our baby. Comfortable baby cot was provided in the room, and mummies who need to store breast milk in the chiller or freezer are also well accommodated — a big plus for breastfeeding mums! The amenities truly stood out — from the serene pool area to the convenient family facilities that made traveling with a baby so much easier. Special mention to the in-house Italian restaurant Gustoso— the food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection! A big kudos to Mr. Kunalan and the entire team for their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Their genuine care and hospitality made our stay all the more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, baby-friendly getaway with top-notch service and great food. We’ll definitely be back again! 💛

We stayed here as a family with young kids and honestly had an amazing time. The location is just perfect — right on the beach with stunning views of both the sea and the mountains. You can literally walk out of the resort and be on the sand in seconds. The kids absolutely loved the water slides and splash zone — they could’ve spent the whole day there! There are also plenty of indoor games, a kids’ play area, and fun activities to keep them busy. Our room had beautiful views, and the complimentary breakfast spread was fantastic — so many options and everything tasted great. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a family getaway — great location, great views, and a really nice balance of relaxation and fun. We’d definitely love to come back!

The staff were very friendly and the facilities in this hotel were top-notch. The view was amazing. It’s very family-friendly because they have a theme park and an indoor playground that the kids really loved. The breakfast buffet was awesome — I really enjoyed it. One more thing — I’m not complaining at all because I found it quite unique — a family of monkeys came to visit our balcony! Hahaha, it was so cool. I’m not sure if others would be okay with it, but to me it was a unique experience that made the place feel calm and peaceful.

I stayed at PARKROYAL Penang Resort last night, and it was an excellent experience overall! The room was comfortable, clean, tidy, and beautifully designed. The hotel environment was calm and truly beautiful. Service from the staff was outstanding from the very beginning until the end. I would especially like to thank Mr. Faizal Hj. Yaacob for his exceptional hospitality. He was very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful, assisting us from check-in to check-out and ensuring everything went smoothly. I also arranged a surprise for my friends, and the team was incredibly supportive and made the surprise a success. Beautiful and lovely hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful which made the stay more pleasant. Facilities within the hotel are very clean and accessible. Kids club is convenient for guests who have young children, keeps them entertained. Free carpark for guests, which was amazing as we hired a car for our trip in Malaysia. In general I loved our stay in ParkRoyal Penang Resort.
