The location is perfect—close to everything you’d want to see and do, which made getting around incredibly easy. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels upscale, calm, and welcoming. The lobby and common areas are beautifully designed and create a relaxing vibe after a long day out. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel even more special. The highlight, though, was the view. Waking up and winding down with those stunning skyline views was unforgettable and worth the stay alone. Overall: great location, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an excellent view. I’d happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed Park Hotel Tokyo's location. It's connected to Shiodome Station, as well as (about 10 minutes away through the underground passage) Shinbashi Station, making it convenient and easy to get anywhere, including Narita. It's located in a business district, so during weekends and at night it's quieter, and we found weekends were the perfect time to check out local restaurants. You can also easily walk to Ginza from here. The rooms are small, but cozy and clean, with great views - we even were able to see Fujisan in the distance for a couple days. The bathrooms had some great amenities including some wonderful skincare. Be warned if you're tall - the bathtub is nice but short! They have 4 washer/dryers available, which can get busy so you may want to check for nearby laundromats instead. We did not try any of the restaurants as there's so much nearby, but they do have a variety including a breakfast buffet if you're okay spending a bit more. The hotel seems to primarily attract foreign tourists, and they had signs indicating they have staff with a wide variety of languages spoken. Everyone we spoke to was very professional, and I really appreciated that when they knew I spoke a little Japanese, they spoke with me even though their English was definitely better than my Japanese! It was very kind.

After enjoying the art galleries throughout the unique museum-like Park Hotel Tokyo , we walked through the exciting Tokyo streets to the iconic Tokyo Shibuya street crossing. It is quite an experience , seeing the extremely busy vehicle traffic stop at once, allowing thousands of pedestrians to cross from-and-to all possible directions within a minute: the most organized chaos ever! I had such an amazing time in Tokyo; our accommodation was more than a hotel : you are literally being absorbed in a world of art, full of interesting objects, paintings, sculptures within an architectural impressive building. Besides that, it is conveniently located at walking distance to popular areas, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport. Highly recommended stay if you go for a Tokyo Drift!

I really loved my stay in this hotel. The view is stunning (my room view was directly to the Tokyo Tower!) and the whole place is beautiful. Every room, every space and every corner looked like a piece of art. Extra points for the delicious included breakfast and the convenient location. I will surely stay here again when I come back to Tokyo!

Stayed at the park hotel Tokyo for 4 nights in Apr 2026… here’s what I think What attracted me to stay here were the artist-themed rooms. I initially requested the goldfish-designed room but was assigned the Sakura room instead. Either way, these artist impression rooms are truly unique and impressive. They offer a strong sense of individuality compared to the usual bland and somewhat stale chain hotels like Marriott or Hyatt—and at a lower cost too. More importantly, the hotel surprised us with two cute swans arranged in the room for our honeymoon—a really sweet gesture. Ofcourse it also included wifi and a tv with Netflix! Along with other amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, drip coffee , great quality 4 step facial wash , razor First Impression & Lobby The lobby is grand and open, with a tall ceiling, a large collection of unique art pieces, and bonsai displays. There’s an impressive seating area, with a mix of spaces under the expansive lobby as well as a separate lounge area offering fantastic sunset and night views of Tokyo Tower. Facilities There is an ice-making machine and microwave on the 26th floor. The 25th floor (lobby level) includes free coffee and tea, as well as a paid tasting option (¥1000) for wine, beer, and sake. There’s also an incredibly cosy executive lounge—essentially an open space behind the check-in desk. Service The staff were extremely friendly and often asked about our plans, actively offering help when needed. Their interactions felt very natural—more like speaking to a friend rather than something scripted or overly rehearsed. Connectivity Despite not being on the main Yamanote Line (which connects most major tourist destinations), I found the location to be very convenient. The hotel connects directly underground to Shiodome Station on the Oedo Line, which goes to places like Tsukiji and Shinjuku. There’s also about a 10-minute underground walk to Shimbashi Station, where you can access the Ginza Line (towards Ueno/Asakusa), the Asakusa Line, and the Yamanote Line. Did I mention direct train to Narita? That said, the station network can be quite complex, with multiple levels and stairways. It took me about three days before I could confidently navigate without getting lost. Cons: * don’t stay here if you are family visiting Disneysea. Takes 3 trains to reach there and it’s really tiring * No breakfast included at this price * No gym * No pool * Limited food options in the immediate area (only Thai/Indian food and a FamilyMart at B2). For more variety, you’ll need to walk about 5–10 minutes to the Shimbashi area
