Our 3rd stay at this amazing private island resort, celebrating our 21st anniversary. Exceptional service by staff, especially Robin, Hasan, Dian, and Harlem — who saw to our every need and beyond, and made us feel absolutely spoilt. We stayed at a Sea Villa this trip, which was a unique experience — however, our unit had a faulty water heater. The resort technician did try to fix it, but couldn’t get it done in time for our stay — not a big deal for us, and it didn’t take away from the experience. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and luxurious. After experiencing all the villa types, my personal preference would be the ground floor Garden or Hill Villas, and you can request these when you book. Dining was amazing. Highly recommend Fisherman’s Cove — the lobster bisque was a standout. And lunches at Chapman’s Bar by the Emerald Bay are perfection.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Pargkour Laut Resort with our family of five. Everything exceeded our expectations! The fishing trip was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the jungle walk – it was a great experience and a wonderful way to explore the beautiful nature around the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of adventures. We highly recommend Pargkour Laut Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with great activities, excellent service, and comfortable accommodation. We would definitely love to come back!

My partner and I recently stayed at Pangkor Laut Resort for 4 nights, and it was truly one of the most beautiful and relaxing resort experiences we have ever had. The island itself is stunning, surrounded by crystal-clear water and lush rainforest. Every corner of the resort is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a private tropical paradise. Whether it was watching the sunset, enjoying the beaches, or simply walking around the resort, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but one team member in particular stood out – Mizan. We first met Mizan during our first meal at the resort and later realised he was working across several different restaurants. Every time he saw us, he greeted us with a genuine smile and incredible warmth. To our surprise, he remembered both my name and my partner’s name, and often anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. His attentiveness, professionalism and genuine care for guests went far beyond what we would normally expect. It is rare to come across someone who is so passionate about hospitality and who consistently makes guests feel valued and at home. A heartfelt thank you to Mizan for making our stay even more memorable. He is a true credit to Pangkor Laut Resort. We will definitely be returning in the future.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. What stood out most was how many of the team members remembered us and greeted us so warmly throughout our stay. Those personal touches made us feel less like guests and more like family returning for a visit. Our anniversary and birthday celebrations were made extra special thanks to the thoughtful arrangements and kindness shown by the team. It is clear that everyone takes pride in creating meaningful experiences for guests, and we truly appreciated the effort that went into making our occasion so memorable. Booked this place for my birthday. It was 4 nights and 5 days stay. Good: Surrounded by nature and it's sounds Beautiful scenery Clean private beach Wild hornbills everywhere Quiet and serene Staffs were accommodating Bad: We changed 2 rooms before settling. One had red ants crawling all over the bed. Another had a defected flooring which cut my daughter's foot till it bled. The management took full responsibility of the events and provided us an upgrade. Old rooms. Need to refurbish. Food tasted below average and overpriced. Prepare to pay hundreds of ringgit for lunch and dinner as you have no access to other shops in the island, apart from the restaurants inside the resort. Cleanliness of kitchen and rooms not up to standard. Need alot of improvement. The kitchen manager was helpful and friendly but talked too much and disturbed our privacy as a family. Kindly stand up to your stars.
