From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Every single person I interacted with went out of their way to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for. Their hospitality made the experience unforgettable. The grounds are absolutely peaceful and serene, lush greenery, calming sea views, and the kind of quiet that instantly melts stress away. Wildlife is everywhere, which adds so much magic to the stay. If you’re in the beach villas, you might even get a personal bat wake-up call (a quirky memory I’ll never forget, and one I’ll always smile about!). As a vegan traveler, I was especially impressed with how accommodating the resort was with my diet. The kitchen staff made sure I always had delicious, satisfying options without any stress, something that can be rare in luxury travel. The rooms themselves are stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for both relaxing and soaking in the natural surroundings. Every single moment I spent here was joyful, refreshing, and memorable. Pangkor Resort isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience that nourishes your soul. I can’t recommend it highly enough...definitely a great place for a solo getaway.

Wonderful Stay at Pangkor Laut Resort! I recently stayed 3 days and 2 nights at Pangkor Laut Resort under the Resident Package, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. A special thanks to JC and Jeff, who took the time to explain everything in great detail — from the layout of the resort to the activity schedules and dining times. Their warm hospitality really made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning surroundings that make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service, comfort, and attention to detail truly reflect the high standards of Pangkor Laut Resort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service. We recently returned to Pangkor Laut Resort and once again had an amazing experience. Right from the start, the team made us feel so welcome. Mr.Segar and Ms.Dian greeted us warmly when we arrived, and Jeff helped us with check-in and even sorted out our restaurant plans for the stay. It felt really nice that some of the staff actually remembered us from our previous visit. A small thing, but it made a big difference. Lunch at Chapman’s Bar was one of the highlights this time. Vije looked after us so well throughout, and the whole team there was great. We really appreciated the friendly service everywhere we went on the island. Overall, the stay was wonderful from start to finish. Great food, great service, and genuinely kind people. Big thanks to everyone who made our trip special, especially Mr.Segar, Mr.Jeff, Mr.Vije, Mr.Mages, Mr.Sohag, Mr.Sanjay, Mr.Krsnna, Ms.Dian, and Mr.Muhammad. We recently had the pleasure of organizing our company trip at Pangkor Laut Resort for 140 participants and the experience was truly exceptional. Chai Kai Bin, Assistant Sales Manager of YTL Hotels, went above and beyond to make our arrangements seamless, securing excellent deals on room rates and even coordinating a memorable private BBQ night for us. Kai ensured everything was in place so we could enjoy the trip we had envisioned. Special thanks also go to Chris, Ivy and their fantastic team at the resort for their attentive service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. The resort itself is simply paradise surrounded by natural beauty, staffed by friendly and professional people and the scenery was breathtaking at every turn. Pangkor Laut Resort exceeded our expectations in every way, delivering an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend the resort to anyone seeking a peaceful gateway in a stunning location.

Stayed for 2N, but access to the room ended on first night. Stranded outside the room and became a buffet to mosquitoes late night while awaiting service staff to bring a new set of cards. Room was situated in a quite and quaint corner of the resort. However, we would expect a briefing of activities things to do on the resort during the check in process. This isn't some big city where we can replace with other activities. This resort is the island. Ended up with just lazing by the sun beds. Service recovery was somewhat there on the 2nd morning with buggy present without needing to call for one. Massage was great as well, totally enjoyed. No comments for the food. Edible, but if you're here to feast, I think the mainland would be better. Gym could be better maintained
