Palm Garden Resort is an absolute paradise and one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by lush tropical gardens, peaceful vibes, and genuinely warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of nature and stepping out into the greenery each morning was a dream. The beachfront location is perfect—clean, calm, and never overcrowded. The pool area is stunning, with plenty of space to relax, and the resort grounds are immaculately maintained. It truly feels like a private oasis. Mr Thi, ambassador had great service and managed things perfectly for the whole stay.

This was such an amazing trip. The staff were amazing. The restaurants on the complex were out of this world delicious food. The bar the beaches the pool the room right next to the Poole everything was 10 out of 10. And to top it all off we met the coconut man. He was so friendly so kind and couldn’t be more helpful. He was the best. He chopped down fresh coconuts for us on request and it’s made the experience even more special, thank you coconut man and thank you Paul Garden we will be back.

This beach resort was so beautiful, but what made the experience more unforgettable was the staffs, especially Mr. Thi, also known as the “Coconut Man.” 🥥 The resort is surrounded by coconut and mango trees, and Mr. Thi would happily pick fresh fruit right in front of us, or even let us try harvesting it ourselves. On top of that, Mr. Thi and the team surprised me with a birthday party, which was incredibly thoughtful and touching. 😭 These experiences made our stay feel personal and warm rather than just luxurious. I’ve stayed at many hotels and resorts over the years, but this one stands out as the best. thanks not only to its stunning setting, but to the kindness and heart behind the service. This is definitely the place I’ll come back 🤞 See you next year Mr. Thi!

We spent our Christmas break here while travelling Vietnam and we loved the peacefulness and ambiance of this stunningly beautiful resort. The staff were all incredibly helpful and endlessly polite, managing our stay seamlessly. We attended the Christmas Eve party and we're blown away by the food and hospitality, washing it all down with cocktails and never ending food. There was so much food on offer! Our breakfasts were no less impressive, with the staff replacing my coffee as soon as it was empty. We ate our fill every morning, swam in the pool, walked the grounds and beach and had a perfect stay. It was so nice to take respite from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An in this truly welcoming 5 star resort. Well done.

This is one of the best hotels for our family. We lived at Palm Garden with 2 parents and 3 small children. The service level was incredible. The breakfast was even better with the largest sortiment ever seen. Our kids loved this place! Very great pool and a nice beach at the resort. The employees was fantastic - all of the from the restaurants, cleaning personel to the ambassador “Coconut Man” who showed us how to find and catch coconuts and served drinks for us. Lovely 9 days we had. Very close to Hoi An, and a short distance to the turist sites in Da Nang.
