This is our 3 time staying at this resort and you cannot find fault anywhere. The staff are all excellent, the breakfast is great, the facilities are perfect and the rooms comfy. There is also 2 happy hours. Special mentions to staff members Khoa at the Contino Bar and Hahn & Thien at the beach bar : great service and excellent people. Thank you for Mr Vi for looking after us during our stay. Will definitely return again next year. Keep up the good work.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The resort itself was beautiful, but what truly made our stay so special were the incredible people. Every single member of staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming and always went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. A special mention has to go to Mr Coconut Man, who absolutely made our stay! Such a wonderful personality and someone we will definitely remember from our holiday. The Spa Centre was also fantastic. The treatments were wonderful, the staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the amazing service to the beautiful surroundings and warm atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. We had an unforgettable stay and would happily return. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our holiday so special!

A truly unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived at Palm Garden Beach Resort until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, but what makes this place truly special is the people. Honestly, it is difficult to find a single thing to complain about. Every member of staff went far beyond providing good service – they made us feel genuinely welcome, cared for, and at home. Their warmth, kindness, and dedication created an atmosphere that made our holiday unforgettable. A special thank you to Anh Thi, also known as Mr. Thi or the “Coconut Man.” He is much more than an employee – he is an entertainer, a host, and a true ambassador for the resort. He has an incredible ability to make every guest feel seen and welcome, whether young or old. From activities at the hotel to adventures outside the resort, he always made sure everyone felt included, safe, and happy. We would also like to mention Hong, who provided some of the warmest and most genuine hospitality we have ever experienced. Her kindness, attention, and care made a lasting impression on us. And finally, a big thank you to the lifeguards. They consistently went above and beyond their responsibilities, always helping, organising, and looking after guests with a smile. Their friendliness and willingness to assist never went unnoticed. Palm Garden Beach Resort is not just a beautiful place to stay—it is a place filled with people who genuinely care about creating memorable experiences for their guests. We will leave with wonderful memories and hope to return someday. Highly recommended! ❤️

Its a nice hotel, as a family of 4 we enjoyed it. Room was good size and clean. Breakfast is nice. We did activities like making a hat, swimming class. They have bikes available and tennis court. The only thing that could improve is a kids club which is focus mainly on smaller kids and our 2 boys 7 and 4 yrs didnt spend much time there.

The staff greeted us with warmth and made us feel like welcomed guests. The staff offered a nice snack and a lovely welcome drink and that puta great start to our stay. Our room was beautifully decorated, and offered a breathtaking view of the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so soundly at night. We dined at the hotel restaurant and the breakfsst had great options, from pho, bun bo, fruits, pastries and many drinks. We ordered the coffee every day that we were there and the staff were so kind to all of us. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and we enjoyed the sauna every morning. Without a doubt, this is the finest hotel experience we've ever had, and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for VLX for having the event at this hotel and we hope to visit this hotel at the next event.
