I want to start this by saying I have been to so many great resorts that are aesthetically pleasing but never have I ever felt that the staff are so close to my heart. This trip was amazing, although I was having a rough time to arrive to Mykonos the team was following up on my arrival and insisting on giving me a complimentary pickup, and the minute I arrived I met the sweetest, funniest Sofia, who made sure we get everything we need and informed us about everything possible on the island. We were greeted by Antonia who happens to be the Front office manager and is doing a great job by running a great friendly team. The whole team was amazing Margarita, Konstadina, and Savvas who happens to have a great tattoo in arabic! The room was exemplary and the bed is piece of heaven you fall into a cloud and sleep. I was lucky having the best pool with my room and I ensure you it was amazing. The place is spotless, and the team is very very very hospitable and generous! We received chocolates, wine, and champagne as we arrived in both rooms. The breakfast was amazing every day Maria and Alexis took care of us and over fed us. The grooms Theodoris and Konstodinos were also very helpful and available on call. I will definitely come back as soon as possible. This team made my vacation so memorable, and for that I am very thankful.

The Myconian Naia is a such a beautiful & special place to stay in Greece with some of the best customer service we've ever encountered anywhere. We vacationed with our friends and the staff pampered all of us non stop. They were very welcoming and made us feel like family. We recommend the Myconian Naia highly and hope to visit again soon.

The room was great and staff were really nice and accommodating in general. However after I checked out I had 30 mins for my transfer to the airport and was waiting at the lounge area. I was asked if I wanted a coffee while waiting so I agreed assuming it was free especially since it was a Nespresso (which is also available in room as a complimentary service). The nice waitress who made it for me then asked what my room number was and I mentioned that I had checked out already and she said ok. As I was leaving to get into the transfer car, her supervisor asked me to wait and to pay which I did. However for a 5 star hotel, charging 5.5 euros for a nespresso coffee that was offered to me after check out comes across as tacky and impersonal. I have stayed at several 5 star hotels around the world and usually this is complimentary when offered (not requested). This small detail left a bad last impression despite all other aspects of my stay being fine.

Nice rooms and location, but overpriced like the whole island. The staff member doing checkout asked for a percentage 'tip' by credit card on top of the hotel stay, like they do for restaurants, outrageous behaviour.

A beautiful location with incredibly kind people—especially Miralena,Iwanna,Valia,Stella and everyone. The food was amazing. I’ve never been anywhere where even the eggs and breakfast buffet were this good! The Japanese restaurant, Kinjo, was outstanding—everything was so fresh, and the ceviche was the best I’ve ever had. Overall, the service was exceptional. They helped book everything, including our transfer service. They even coordinated directly with our next hotel in Paros and took care of all the details for my husband and me. This trip was truly amazing because of them. Our room was absolutely gorgeous and beyond expectations. If you're going to Mykonos, I highly recommend staying here—it was perfect.
