Decent hotel. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet but felt a bit dated. Some repairs could have been done to a higher standard. Breakfast was good. I don't get the huge stickers or signs. Just feels quite down market. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was built a few years ago and it's not the most attractive place I stayed at. Competitive pricing needed to make it attractive Key improvements - have pigeons deterrents on ALL the windows and not just some of them. Not great to see them nest on some of the windows... And all the mess that goes with that. Even if droppings by the pool are regularly cleaned it's not hygienic - offer a shuttle service to the metro station

I am really happy with the service! Ms. Sanju at the front desk was extremely helpful and clearly understands customer needs and satisfaction. The Front Office staff were also very friendly and supportive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious, neat, and spotlessly clean. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and comfortable environment throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful experience!
