Honestly everything was great except check in and check out. The front desk is friendly but very slow. We waited in line for so long to check-out and an elderly couple cut the line in front of us and they didn’t say anything. We came from very far, and we’re also paying customers and except a high level of service whether we’re local or not. As it’s our last day of our otherwise wonderful 2-weeks trip across Greece, we let it pass but wish it ended on a higher note at Mitsis like we planned. Maybe put up clearer signs or barriers when there are long lines?

Great place to stay! Stuff very friendly and helpful. All places accessible for wheelchair. Spa is heavenly!! The lower price rooms are good and clean but need some attention to details (noisy AC, loose parts in the bathroom) without making the stay unpleasant.

I have never seen so many mosquitoes in my life as I have here. Everything else is perfect—the staff are very friendly, everything is clean, and the food is excellent. The only problem is the mosquitoes.

Our last stop on an amazing once in a lifetime family trip, the perfect location! Loved our rooms the hotel and space as well as the pool and beach areas. Food was delicious service was great. Definitely would love to come back again.

A very big hotel on the beach, with pools, and a very nice private beach across the street. There is a Spa too. We had a spacious room with a nice balcony, and good breakfast. We stayed there one night on our way from the north to Athens, and had relaxed time on the beach before our flight home.
