My stay at Mazagan Resort was excellent, thanks largely to the amenities and the warmth of the staff. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt genuinely caring and professional. Sarah at reception welcomed us with a wide smile that set the tone for the whole stay. Ayoub, who showed us to our room, took the time to explain the hotel’s architecture and history, which added a lovely personal touch. At Olives restaurant, Maria, Monsef, and Mouhcine were attentive to every detail and made each meal feel special. And in the fitness center, Faissal offered great advice with real professionalism. Beyond these standout moments, every staff member we encountered was polished, kind, and quick to smile. It’s clear the team takes real pride in their work. One thing I’d note is that we didn’t get to enjoy much Moroccan cuisine during our stay, which would have been a nice addition given the setting. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful experience, and I’d happily return and recommend Mazagan Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Without a doubt, one of the best resorts we have ever stayed, and we stayed at resorts all over the world. So many great things to list. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The check-in process was simple and quick. They recommend you download the hotel app which I was apprehensive about to begin, but it is very useful and can be used to find your way around the resort, contact the concierge’s and even book all the various activities which we definitely took advantage of. Being a workout fanatic, one of my favorite parts was the gym. Again, I’ve been all over the world, and this was one of my favorite hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. Not only as it filled with all the equipment you could possibly want, but it is very beautiful and has a spectacular view of the ocean. The only downside is, because it does not open until seven in the morning, it is a bit late for those of us who work out and especially for those of us with young kids who want to get up early and go have breakfast. So, If it could open an hour earlier, or even 30 minutes, that would be a huge improvement. So with regard to all the activities, the hotel has offer, we took advantage of pretty much all of them. We did the go kart racing like five times. Definitely a favorite with my son. Did the trampoline park, my wife and daughter took advantage of the spa. All fantastic experiences and really easy to book. Because the pool and beach are so phenomenal, we would literally just go back-and-forth all day between the beach and the pool cause they were both amazing. The food offered at the pool was great. I would only say that the Saturday that we were there it was pretty busy and took well over an hour to get our food, which is understandable considering how busy it was, but I would recommend either having more cooks (there seemed to be only a couple) and/or making sure your kids are not that hungry when you get to the pool because it will take a while if you’re there on a busy day. All the restaurants were really nice. They close a little bit early during the weekday, but because room service is offered all night, it’s not too big of an issue. Overall, just amazing. Our kids are in love with the place, and we absolutely, without a doubt will be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our 12-day stay at Mazagan Resort was one of the best experiences of our lives. From arrival to departure, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Rabab at reception for a wonderful check-in and to Sarah, who was always helpful and smiling throughout our stay. At concierge, Mohammed and Hadi went above and beyond, helping with transportation, excursions, and even accompanying me to the resort doctor when I fell ill. They truly treated us like family. The security team, bell staff, and everyone at the entrance were always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The dining experience was exceptional. Chef Hamza and the restaurant teams introduced us to Moroccan cuisine with such passion and warmth. We enjoyed almost every restaurant in the resort, and each meal was memorable. Many people say you must visit Marrakech, Casablanca, and Rabat to experience Morocco, but thanks to Mazagan's restaurants and hospitality, I feel I experienced the very best of Morocco right here. A special mention to the staff serving Moroccan tea. I am not normally a tea drinker, yet I found myself enjoying countless cups throughout our stay. Their warmth and hospitality turned a simple cup of tea into one of my favorite memories. Thank you to our housekeeper, Iman Ouazil, who kept our room spotless and comfortable every day with remarkable dedication and kindness. The Kids Club team deserves the highest praise. Iram, Imane, Abdelazim, and the entire team took wonderful care of our daughter, keeping her engaged, active, and happy with almost no screen time during our stay. As parents, that was priceless. The staff at tbe Cabane were the highlight of our trip - Zayneb, Leila and Chaima had become more than friends. They gave me company while my husband goes for golf and my daughter is at the kids club! The way they recommended the activities for me and my husband were just so much fun! What makes Mazagan truly special is its people. Every employee we met was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. Thank you for the unforgettable memories—we cannot wait to return.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks for work, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I would especially like to highlight Amal, who took care of my room. Her attention to detail and dedication were truly impressive; I have never received such impeccable and thoughtful service before. The facilities are world-class—there is absolutely nothing missing when it comes to disconnecting, relaxing, and enjoying your stay. I also had the chance to try all the hotel’s restaurants, and the service is simply outstanding. Every time I returned, they made me feel welcome, remembered my preferences, and even what I usually ordered, which makes a big difference. Without a doubt, a place I would return to and highly recommend.

This hotel was so beautiful, the lighting and decor and tiles throughout the entire hotel was stunning. The service both in the room, at breakfast and dinner was second to none. Khadiji was very thorough in cleaning our room and went above and beyond the normal service. Amine at the breakfast service was so efficient and thought of our every need. Ibrahim and the girl with him at the seafood restaurant provided us amazing service. The massage therapists were so good and provided us an amazing experience. Overall, the entire experience was AMAZING.
