Wonderful stay at Leonardo — Excellent service and amenities! We had a great time at the Leonardo Hotel. Here are the highlights of our stay: Service: The staff is incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Quick Problem Solving: When we had an issue with the balcony door, the team resolved it almost instantly. Food & Entertainment: The food was delicious and offered a great variety. There are plenty of pools and attractions on-site to keep you entertained. Facilities: There is a really nice, though compact, gym with everything you need. Room & Comfort: The rooms are cleaned thoroughly. We stayed on the pool side, but it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which we highly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Have just enjoyed a very nice meal at the Little Italy restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to Katerina, Usha, Roshan, Ilana, Bibek and everyone else involved.

I wanted to express my absolute satisfaction with the outstanding service provided by Keihra. My room was immaculately cleaned and organized. The fresh, clean towels and the perfectly made bed with crisp linens were highly appreciated. What truly stood out was Keihra's incredible attention to detail, exemplified by the beautiful towel composition left as a delightful finishing touch. This kind of thoughtful gesture elevates the entire guest experience from standard to truly exceptional. Keihra's professionalism, diligence, and commitment to excellence made my stay incredibly comfortable, and she deserves high recognition for her fantastic work.

A young lady was on late duty on our arrival amd she was able to resolve a room issue for us despite being on pressure. All the staff are extremely helpful, kind and resolve any issue you may have promptly. They care for their customers and not to forget, the unlimited foods and drinks are healthy with no sickening effect. Great location on the beach. Our room was a private room on the swimsuit building. Well done Laura Leonardo.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Leonardo Laura in Paphos, and I feel compelled to highlight the exceptional level of service we received—especially from the Food and Beverage Manager, Sotiris. From the very beginning, Sotiris demonstrated true professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, always checking in with a warm and approachable attitude. His leadership clearly reflects in the entire team. The staff were equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was at the restaurant, bar, or during service hours, the team maintained a high standard of care and consistency that made our stay even more enjoyable. The food and beverage experience was outstanding, with great variety, quality, and presentation. I would also like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team for their excellent work. The rooms were always spotless, well-maintained, and refreshed with great care every day. Their attention to detail and consistency did not go unnoticed and contributed greatly to our comfort. A special mention as well to the reception team, who were welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and efficient, and they were always available to assist with any request or information we needed. A big thank you to Sotiris and the entire team for making our visit so memorable. Their dedication truly sets this hotel apart, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paphos. I will definitely be returning!
