My review of the hotel so far: 1. Food quality – 5/5 Excellent. A huge selection of delicious food. Drinks are self-service, which I personally really liked. In Crete, the drinks were served to us, and that wasn't really my preference. 2. Accommodation I recommend that clients email the hotel in advance with any room requests. We received a partially sea-view room (because of our late check-out request). The room was renovated, modern, and had a very quiet air conditioning unit. A woman staying in one of the blocks near the hotel complained about a broken air conditioner, and overall their room was outdated. Our room is also in a great location: about 150 m from the beach, 150 m from the restaurant, and 250 m from the (smaller) water park. We're staying in a quiet area, so we don't hear the evening entertainment or music. The downside is that noise from the corridor carries into the room. There are no carpets, so rolling suitcases and people walking in the hallway can be disturbing. 3. Pools The pools are freshwater, warm, and there's an excellent paddling pool for children. The water slide ends in a pool that's 1.15 m deep, which is reasonable, while the other side is 1.50 m deep. A big plus is the adults-only pool with a bar. It's a great idea—families with children have their own pool, while older guests and retirees can relax in a quieter one. That works really well. 4. Hotel facilities The hotel has a medical service, a large games room, a gym, and a sports area. Staff also transport everyone's luggage by buggy, which wasn't standard at Stella. 5. Disadvantages Very large resort, so there are a lot of people. Long transfer from the airport via winding mountain roads. Towels are changed only every two days. No real underwater marine life for snorkeling. Six nights is too short—I recommend at least 7 nights, ideally 9. Drinks at the bar are served using a token system. Bottled water is not automatically replenished in the room. Overall rating: 4.2/5 Accommodation: 4.5/5 Food: 5/5 Accessibility/Location: 3.5/5 Beach: 5/5 Pools: 4.5/5

Beautiful resort in an idyllic location- 40 minutes drive from the airport and Corfu Town (a must visit!). The most gorgeous beach with crystal clear water. Several pools all clean and well kept. Our room was as expected, not the best view but this didn’t bother us. The staff went above and beyond to provide a 5 star experience, nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team were amazing and made so much effort to make our holiday enjoyable. A special shout out to Tiago, Mareana and Davido (sorry if we’ve spelt names wrong)- your energy is infectious! The food in the buffet was overall tasty and good variety. We enjoyed our evenings at the à la carte restaurants too. Good range of options on the drinks menu to choose from, alcoholic drinks basic but expected for all inclusive menu. Plenty for our 3 year old to do- time on the beach, fun in the pool and on the waterslides, a games centre, bikes to hire and mini disco in the evening. Amazing value for money and overall one of our favourite holidays.

Overall, my partner and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. However, there are a few notable negatives that the hotel could definitely improve upon. The Good Points: Excellent Pool & Beach: The pool area is clean, 4 pools, and there are plenty of unbroken sunbeds, even during the half term rush. The resort backs directly onto the beach, where you can easily bring your all Inclusive drinks which we liked. Great Facilities & Location: It feels like a self-contained village with late night shops open, a doctors, a hair salon, and bike/scooter rentals. It’s also just a 5–10 minute walk to a small but nice nearby town Spotless Service: Rooms are cleaned every single day without question. Plus, friendly staff greet you with a golf buggy to take you to your room upon arrival Bonus Perks: Stunning sunset views from the beach and a massive, convenient on-site car park The Bad Points: Severe Mosquito Issue: The nearby stagnant water causes a massive mosquito problem. Even in May, there were visible swarms, and I left with over 30 bites and an allergic reaction, despite me covering up completely most evenings to avoid this. Understaffed Bars & Long Queues: With only one bar open in the evening to service a massive number of guests, the queues are frustratingly long. Confusing Onsite Train: The resort train felt pointless and frustrating. The woman in charge didn't explain how it worked, and the driver never told us if or when we could get off to explore. It ended up just being a drive around the tiny towns and random roads without any guidance. Language Barrier & Exclusion: All evening entertainment and pool announcements are exclusively in French. The entertainment staff ignored non French guests entirely which was upsetting. Subpar Food: We aren't fussy, but the food was poor quality; think fatty, slightly undercooked meat, long buffet lines, and a cold, sad looking kids' section Room & Noise Issues: The heavy room doors must be slammed to shut, creating constant noise. Additionally, we were placed directly between two loud groups, which could have been avoided. Lackluster Entertainment: Most of the daytime and evening entertainment was a bit rubbish, though we did enjoy the "disco night" and the quieter area featuring local Greek musicians. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: I witnessed the manager, lifeguard, and entertainment team aggressively shouting at an older man for swimming 20 minutes before the pool opened, even threatening to evict him. Regardless of the background, the extreme, public overreaction was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch.

Upon arrival you are changed €15 per night (5* hotel rates) it is no where near a 5* This is my 2nd visit to this hotel, 1st visit being amazing in 2024. Entertainment team/animation team dont bother with you unless your French. Alot of repairs needed at the hotel. Not alot open nearby. However mondos down the road serve good food if people struggle at the resort. The hotel is very segregated. If your coming for a quiet peaceful holiday without Entertainment then its a good place to visit. However we came back as the Entertainment 1st time was absolutely amazing and made the whole stay enjoyable. The restaurant staff, cleaners and reception are all lovely! Its generally just the entertainment side and their team that generally dont take an interest which to us has ruined this experience but as said my initial stay was that good we came back with my mum! Just a different experience this time. We will not be returning

They really try hard to enjoy the guests. Food is below average esp for dinner, but again trying hard to provide for tons of people :) problem is too big. Our room was quite smelly. They need to work on the rooms. But the beach is very nice, also pool and non stop drinks and food possible (if you are not picky with good food, you can select). Also some nice restaurants and small shopping places around and inside the resort with good prices, not high
