Our stay at Kupu Kupu Koh Phangan was simply perfect from beginning to end. This was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had, and it was all thanks to the incredible team who made us feel so welcome every single day. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally clean, and perfectly maintained. The food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere made it easy to completely relax and enjoy every moment. A special highlight was the couples massage at the spa. My wife and I had an amazing treatment, and our therapists, Zom and Mai, were outstanding. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Bank, Jo, Pla, San, Ziny, AD, Nono, Foam, Lin, Micky, Nam, Chef Win, Mod, Andy, and Ticha. Every one of you contributed to making our vacation truly unforgettable. Your kindness, warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and exceptional service made us feel at home throughout our stay. Always friendly, always smiling, and nothing was ever too much trouble — even with kids at the table! The food was tasty and fresh too, but honestly the staff made the biggest difference.
