I recently stayed at IntercityHotel Salalah and I would happily rate it 9/10. My stay was absolutely incredible. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. From check-in to check-out, their behavior was warm and respectful, which made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel facilities were wonderful, and everything was very well maintained. The rooms and overall property were exceptionally clean. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it is situated in the city center, which makes it very convenient, and almost every essential facility is easily accessible nearby. The breakfast was perfect — honestly one of the best breakfasts I’ve had during my travels. Also, considering the quality of service and facilities, the prices were very affordable and reasonable. The only small disappointment was that charging adapters for mobile phones and laptops were not provided. It would have been better if the hotel had either informed guests in advance or provided adapters upon request, as many hotels usually offer this service. Other than that, my overall experience was great and wonderful. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Salalah.

We stayed at IntercityHotel Salalah for 2 nights and 3 days, and had a wonderful experience. We booked a couple’s room and everything—from the service to the overall stay—was excellent. The breakfast was available for 3 OMR per person, with a good selection of options. The staff were also very accommodating and kindly granted us a late checkout upon request, which we really appreciated. It’s definitely a great place to stay in Salalah, offering a comfortable and luxurious experience at a very reasonable budget. Highly recommended!

Very nice service and good price-performance ratio. Clean. We had a 4 day stay. Very central. Good to have a car to reach the beaches. Easy to reach the airport. The surrounding might be a bit loud for some people. But we didn't bother. Nice stay including nice food and a small pool on the top.

Intercity Hotel Salalah offers a very homely and welcoming environment. The staff are well-trained and genuinely care about guests. My room had a lovely city view and was spotless on arrival. Housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. A big thank you Mr. Prakash at the front desk for his friendly attitude and helpful suggestions. He quickly fixed an issue with my room key card Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. A comfortable stay that exceeded my expectations.

The staff are all very pleasant, helpful and cordial. The place is striving to be better and improve. You can feel that in the way they deal with guests. They are all trying hard. The breakfast they serve is an open buffet and it is wonderful, with an excellent variety and quality. Their service was immediate. We screwed up the safe lock by trying many times, their engineer, Murad, came to fix it right away and did not leave until we securely changed the combination. The rooms are spacious, clean and organized, their daily service kept it that way. We recommend Intercity Hotel to all visitors to Salalah, Oman. They present value with a good quality service at a reasonable price. Thank you for your efforts and all your staff, especially the smiley local receptionists who welcomed us daily after our long tours.
