One of the best hotels, I've been to as soon as you enter and even in the corridors there's such a lovely scent around the building. The location is unbeatable, our room was so spacious, clean and comfortable with a Seaview balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been better but not the worst. I will definitely be staying there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to escape to a relaxed environment literally right on beautiful Levante beach.

Great central location and friendly staff. Room facilities a bit poor! Could do with coffee/tea making facilities, Ironing facilities, room fridge could do with more than two tiny bottles of complimentary water (a couple of various complimentary cans of pop would be nice to have too at €160 plus euros a night). Cleaning/chambermaids staff very noisy from very early and probably as early as 6:30am.

Really nice hotel stayed for 7 Nights with front sea view is the best view you can get. Breakfast was nice loads of nice food to start the day of with. Would stay again maybe next year ill come back for just a few days.

Myself and my partner left this hotel on the 28th of June (yesterday), Positives: So what can I say about this hotel? Well, one word AMAZING!!, Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and it was brilliant, Our room was overlooking the pool and the beach. Staff are so friendly and helpful and polite, and always up for a good old chat, laugh and a dance, our room was cleaned everyday, perfect size room and bathroom. The food was fantastic so much different variety, and the kitchen staff are fantastic not one fault to complain about. Right on the beach, perfectly located between the new town and old town, incredible day and night life. Negative: The security guard told my partner to take her t-shirt off in the pool as its not allowed even thought she has a skin condition, which the hotel said "we didn't know this sorry" which they must have done as its on the booking, and I lost my head abit as im a wheel chair user myself, but the staff and the security guard did apologise massively, so water under the bridge. (I've only put that bit in as i believe in being honest in my review.) The pool bar staff are so slow, theres only a couple of people who are fast but the other ones are so slow, we timed them and they took exactly 1 hour 20 minutes for our order to be done and there was only 4 different couples including ourselfs there. Hardly any entertainment, really just the odd music at lunch and breakfast, but nothing really until 10pm until 11.30pm. Overall: Absolutely loved our holiday, I dont care what the other snotty people write about this place, dont listen to their lies, we have booked to go again next year, TO THE STAFF AT INNSIDE COSTABLANCA THANKYOU FOR MAKING OUR 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY MAGICAL SEE YOU AGAIN IN MAY 2026, ONLY 10 MONTHS TO GO YAYAYAY CANT WAIT 😀😀😃😃

INNSIDE Costablanca Benidorm Review I stayed at INNSIDE Costablanca in January for three nights on a business and leisure trip, and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this hotel. I booked the Suite XL, which was falsely advertised. The room was described as having one king bed and two double beds. In reality, the king bed was simply two single beds pushed together, and there were no double beds at all, only a very small, hard, and uncomfortable sofa bed. What made this more frustrating is that a superior suite with exactly the same sleeping arrangement was available at half the price, making the Suite XL extremely poor value. The only genuine positive was the view. The seafront location is excellent, with stunning balcony views and easy access to the old town, beach, bars, and restaurants. Beyond that, the stay was unacceptable. There was no air conditioning, and significant noise disruption from pneumatic drills digging up tiles around the pool area directly below our balcony. The pool itself was closed and empty, and this was not communicated before travel. This level of construction noise made it impossible to relax or work. The room also suffered from electrical issues, with some electrics not working at all. On top of this, the food was consistently poor. Breakfast and dinner were both cold, and during dinner there were no drinks available, unlike at breakfast. Vegetarian options were extremely limited, repetitive, and bland, to the point where dining became unenjoyable and I chose to eat out instead. The most distressing incident occurred when we were trapped in a broken lift for around 45 minutes. Staff were clearly not trained to handle the situation, did not know what to do, and no one identified themselves as a manager. There were no name badges and no clear escalation process. I suffered a panic attack during this incident and was not checked on afterward. No follow up, apology, or duty of care was shown. Staff behaviour throughout the stay was consistently rude, passive aggressive, argumentative, and unprofessional. Digital check in was heavily promoted via email and required passport and credit card details in advance. Despite receiving confirmation emails, reception staff argued that this had not been done and attempted to take an additional security deposit. This made check in a chore rather than the smooth process promised. Because of their attitude, we actively avoided raising further issues, as it was clear no one cared to help. There was no offer of compensation, no manager involvement, and no meaningful attempt to resolve any of the problems raised. The location and view are genuinely excellent, but they do not come close to compensating for false advertising, poor food, construction noise, broken facilities, untrained staff, and a complete lack of customer care. The best part of this stay was leaving. The worst parts were being trapped in the lift and the consistently poor food. This hotel charges premium prices but delivers a deeply disappointing and stressful experience. Regrettably I had to give 1 star, as there was no option for 0 stars!!!
