Just back home from here June 2026 Hotel itself is lovely very clean that only positive i have to say Staff are ignorant no communication or acknowledgement from them Only 1 waiter spoke to me during my stay He looked very fed up.one day and i didnt see him again! The rest of them served water and drinks to everyone around me and i felt like the invisible woman Night receptionist inappropriate comments Food cold,dry chicken night after night or food that was unrecognisable even deserts where the same day after day Not a pleasant stay which is a shame as nice hotel

I gave the Idas 4 stars for one reason and that was the quiet pool area and bar. The hotel itself is nice, clean and friendly. The food was what you'd expect from a 3* AI hotel... shocking. If you're considering coming here with young children who aren't particularly fussy eaters you'll love it, but if you're coming as a couple, older adults you should seriously think about it, it won't be for you. There's no entertainment to speak of maybe a bit of bingo in the evening. I wouldn't return here for a free holiday never mind pay. If it hadn't been for the adults only quite pool I'd have been onto Jet2 to move me.

If you're looking for an out of the way hotel in turkey then this hotel is fine. Food was okay, mostly the same items on rotation everyday, lots of shops around but other than that there's nothing. You have to travel out to one of the main towns for any excursions. There was one employee who was particularly rude to my brother but I didn't catch his name. Apart from that, this is a nice hotel to stay in, rooms are very clean but they don't top up your toilet roll!

Good for the price I paid, okay safe / food, desert are really good. Shower is a bit cold, Room service is great. Staff are lovely, good location as well.

1st Time going to Turkey, We had a lovely time, the weather was nice and HOT. The hotel was close to many shops and Restaurants. Was also close to Beach. The Hoilday Rep(Pasha) was a lovely Guy he recommended many different days out. We chose a boat ride for the day and had a fantastic day. 👌memorable The only ick I would say is the hotel needs to make the hotel rooms have a bit better choice with TV channels. I would definitely Return.
