We had a week here with a very large group. We had originally booked Jamaica, but the hurricane shifted those plans. The fact that this hotel was able to accommodate a group that size and deliver the customer service that they did? Absolutely unreal. We had an amazing time. We saw so many whales every single day. We never ate a bad meal. Your staff was top notch in every way. Thank you, truly!

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the Hyatt ziva Cabo. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. Our balcony looked over the main pool and ocean which was lovely for watching some of the pool events and looking for whales. The food was mostly great although it could use more lunch options. The Indian restaurant was super yummy. The service was incredible - everyone was friendly and very attentive. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Typically I'm a reluctant believer in All-Inclusive and the quality one can receive at scale. However, I have to say - this exceeded all my expectations. For the scale of this hotel, the quality of the experience was top notch. We were in the Club One Bedroom Master Suite - very spacious, clean and comfortable. It's not as modern and new as other hotels but it is nicely done. The best part was the big balcony for us to sit outside. My only minor compliant of the room was not being able to watch Netflix, etc but again, not a big deal. Now onto the food, I love the variety of food that was offered on the resort - everything from easy, on-the-go snacks and food truck type options to sit down restaurants. There are 7 restaurants on the premise and overall, it did exceed my expectations especially since it was all included - I never felt like there wasn't something on the menu that appealed to me. I also appreciated that the portions were manageable so you can order more things vs. wasting food unnecessarily. My favorite bite might be the made-to-order quesadilla at the Breakfast buffet. And last but certainly not least, the service was great - there were plenty of staff to assist and all were super friendly, helpful and kind. Shoutout to Ingrid who helped us at the Pickleball courts - giving us helpful tips and being our cheerleaders! Overall, would definitely recommend for couples, big groups of friends and family and families with kids - there is plenty to enjoy at this resort without ever leaving. The other bonus is that it is only 20-30 minutes from the airport - making it faster to enjoy your vacation!

We stayed at Hyatt Ziva for 4 days, and it was such a happy and wonderful experience. When we arrived, Alfonso helped us with check-in, and we were so grateful for how kind and thoughtful he was. He understood exactly what we needed and made everything very easy and comfortable for us. Our concierge, Adrian, took care of everything we needed from the beginning to the end of our stay. Thanks to his attentive help and perfect arrangements, we were able to enjoy our vacation without any inconvenience at all. He continued to look after us with such care until the day we left. The hotel facilities were very clean and well organized, which we really appreciated. We also traveled with our young grandchildren, and we loved that the hotel atmosphere and all the facilities were very family-friendly. One small downside was that the rooms located in shaded areas felt quite humid because of the moisture. It would be even better if there were a better ventilation system to help reduce the humidity. We are so thankful to both Adrian and Alfonso for making our stay so special. If anyone plans to visit Los Cabos, we will definitely recommend Hyatt Ziva, and we will absolutely come back to Hyatt Ziva ourselves!

Overall a very good experience! The staff was AMAZING!!! Great location with being on the beach and within walking distance to many local restaraunts and shops. Rooms were modern and spacious. 4 stars is because the food was hit/miss. Ideally I would give 4.5 stars. Favorites were Sushi @ Dozo, the Juice bar, Pizza @ Olio, Quesbirria @ Hacejendo Grill, and Smash burger @ Station. Shout out to these staff members who made us feel right at home and exuded above and beyond hospitality. Jorge, Luisa & Pedro @ the coffee shop Daniel & Carlos @ the bellman Cassisimo @ Dozo Enrique @ room service Saul & Josephine @ the beach pool Luis @ dining reservations & the housekeeping staff!!!
