We loved our stay here, and provided a few days of modern spacious amenities. AC strong and cold, which is important for our comfort. The walls are bare in the guest rooms, for a minimal approach but strangely white. Beautiful common areas and lemon orchards. We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area during happy hour- but may only be available with specific room reservations. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options. Our executive sea view room was huge with a beautiful view / nice balcony if you are on the ocean side. Great location for a hotel, about a 15 minute walk or quick taxi ride. Everyone in the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating.

This is a beautiful hotel, wonderful for kids and adults. Food was delicious and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We have a family of 6 so we had two rooms. One king and one pull out couch. All very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Had a beautiful stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. The rooms were incredibly spacious, modern, and spotless. You can really tell the hotel is well maintained, and it made our stay feel very comfortable and relaxing. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. While everything was fresh and good, the variety felt a bit limited and it was mostly the same options each day. Adding more variety would really elevate the overall experience. That being said, what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, and they were especially kind to my baby Emiliano, which made our stay even more special.

Had a great stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Our room was ready early, and we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne to kick off our stay. The hotel offers stunning views, a great pool, and an excellent selection of on-site restaurants and bars. It's also just a quick walk to the main shops and attractions in Sorrento. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

I am an awards advantage member. I was offered an upgrade on the website. When I checked in the hotel never even mentioned this option. I did not receive any water upon arrive. The rooms are pretty sterile. The sheets always felt damp. The breakfast was good. Alot of people and loud. The pool is gorgeous. I did not have my phone so I could not use the QR code to order drinks or food by pool. So I walked over to the bar connected to the pool and I was asked to leave because I had a bathing suit on. It's a pool bar?? So I asked for a menu and again they said use the QR code. Not very friendly or helpful by the pool. We left a day early..I honestly did not feel this was Hilton qualities. We paid a lot of money for a very average hotel. The looks of the hotel are impressive. But no one was there to make your stay more comfy.
