We stayed here for four nights during our two week honeymoon to Italy. We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view of the coastline. It was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided as needed. It did bother me a little that there was a €3 charge for the bottled water in the room unless you were a higher honour member. I think this is something that could be provided for all guests. We thought the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We didn’t get the chance to eat in the restaurants but did have lunch in the poolside bar on one occasion. It was very tasty. When we received our bill, there were a number of extra items added, clearly for another table. Thankfully the waitress resolved the issue for us. Every staff member that we came in contact with were polite and friendly, particularly the door men who greeted us every time we came and went. The hotel is about a ten/fifteen minute walk to the town centre which we found doable and enjoyable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. As long-time Hilton Diamond members, we chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary because we expected the exceptional service and recognition that Hilton is known for. Unfortunately, this property failed to deliver. Before booking, we were told over the telephone that we would receive a room upgrade. No upgrade was provided, and there was little to no recognition of our Diamond status For Canadian guests paying close to $1,000 per night, the value simply is not there. The rooms are very basic and felt more like a motel than a luxury Hilton property. The hotel is clearly showing its age, with scratched paint on doors and elevators, and the overall appearance lacks the quality and elegance you would expect at this price point. To make matters worse, diamond guests are even charged for bottled water, and the Executive Lounge was another major disappointment. The food selection was extremely limited and far below what we have experienced in Hilton Executive Lounges around the world. My advice to anyone considering spending this kind of money on this hotel is simple: don't. It is absolutely not worth the price. There are countless luxury resorts around the world—including many in the Caribbean—that offer far superior accommodations, service, amenities, and overall value for the same price. At nearly $1,000 CAD per night, I expected a true luxury experience. Instead, I left wondering how this property can justify charging rates comparable to world-class hotels while delivering an experience that falls so far below Hilton's usual standards. The stunning views of Sorrento are not enough to justify the cost. This was one of the most disappointing Hilton stays we have ever experienced, and we would not return or recommend this property to anyone⁷ looking for a hilton hotel experience.

Fabulous location. Amazing views! Food great. Children loved the breakfast. Easy walk into town. Room spacious with everything we needed. 2nd visit 1st being 20 years ago and would love to return!

Our stay was very nice. The location was perfect and we enjoyed our daily breakfast. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very kind. However, I thought the restaurant for dinner could have had more options. Even though we had a resort credit, we chose not to use it because there were no options for dinner that interested us. Most disappointing was our room. We are both diamond members and never in my life have I been provided a room on the first floor with no view. The only option given was for us to move rooms and have a garden view for only half our stay. In my opinion, you need to do much better for your diamond members. In comparison, we are now at a Hilton SLH in Santorini and they upgraded us like 5 levels from the standard room. That is how we should be treated for the amount of money we both spend at Hilton resorts. It would be appreciated if there was some compensation for points. We lost most of our credit because it expires on June 30th.

This is a beautiful hotel, wonderful for kids and adults. Food was delicious and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We have a family of 6 so we had two rooms. One king and one pull out couch. All very comfortable. I highly recommend!
