Enjoyed our stay at HRH Vallarta. From the beginning, Ana made sure to welcome us warmly and was very helpful all the way until check out. Luis took care of us well at the bar, remembering our preferences. We also appreciated all the activities hosted by Liberato and guidance at the gym. Unfortunately we were hoping for pilates but this hotel did not offer it. Food was tasty and service was decent. Thank you Fer at Umo for your fantastic service! One negative is it took a long time about 30-45 minutes for food to arrive from kitchen after ordering at most restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed the friendly staff and beautiful resort.

This was the best resort my family and I have ever been to! Every single staff member was so amazing and intentional, everything was so clean and they had new activities every single day. The staff really made this whole trip exceptional, especially Victor from Ciao, Alexander from The Market, Greg from the SunBar, Juan from the beach and Kevin from Entertainment. They gave us advice for our trip and it was clear that they actually took the time and cared beyond their job responsibilities. Having staff that we looked forward to seeing everyday made it feel like home, we didn’t want to leave!! We appreciate all of the staff members behind the scenes that worked tirelessly to ensure that everything is perfect from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to sleep. The food was incredible at every restaurant and made the restaurant feel like luxury, 10/10! I no longer want to risk coming to any other resort, I will only come back to this one because it was so amazing! Thank you to all of the incredible staff going above and beyond, especially Victor, Alexander, Greg, Juan, and Kevin!

2nd time at this property. Stay Nov 21-25. This was a great property and should get 5 stars, condition of the property is in need of some updates. (We did not know it's scheduled for full Reno in 2026) The great... the concierge, service and overall staff is incredible and 2nd to none. Rooms are amazing (once they moved us to one with a/c) There is constant music, games, activities, kids waterslide, pool bar, sports bar etc. you will not be board here. The shows we saw were exceptional compared to other hotels. Amazing beach. No rocks and very swimmable. The OK... after just staying at occidental next door, the food was not as good as we expected, but you can walk up to an al carte without booking at any time. They have top shelf drinks and many options. Servers are wonderful and the concierge/front desk here is the best. They helped anytime you needed info. Perez, Ana and Marin were top notch.

So much fun! My first all-inclusive resort stay. The bartenders, poolside/beach wait staff, and especially the entertainment team absolutely outstanding! They made every day and event so special! Have to give special recognition to Georgia & Kevin (entertainment), Chencho, Dorian, Gregorio (bartenders) and Elizabeth “Ellie”, LuLu, Obed (waiters).

An Unforgettable 80th Birthday Celebration! We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Puerto Vallarta from Dec 23 - 30, 2025, to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our group included three families (10 people total), and from start to finish the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel kindly arranged our rooms close together and even decorated my dad’s room with a birthday message, which was a wonderful surprise. Dining as a group of 10 was never an issue as the staff always ensured we had large tables together, including for the amazing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. A special thank you to Oscar at Frida and Juan at Ciao, both were outstanding and made those restaurants our favourites. The Concierge team, especially Josue, arranged a surprise birthday cake, and when it was brought out the staff sang Happy Birthday, leaving my dad completely speechless. A truly special moment for our family. Service throughout the resort was exceptional. The pool staff and entertainment team were fantastic, and Alex and Charlie helped my parents secure lounge chairs. Shout-outs as well to the towel staff - Alma and Cristy - who were always smiling, friendly, and engaging. When my daughter had a minor cut by the pool, the lifeguard responded immediately and Claudia, a senior staff member, personally checked on her, which was incredibly professional and caring. Housekeeping and room service were excellent - rooms were always spotless when we returned from the beach, and late-night snacks arrived quickly. Even the common-area bathrooms (lobby, pool, restaurants) were consistently clean, which really says a lot about the attention to detail here. The resort is the perfect size - easy to get around, yet full of amenities: great restaurants, poolside pizza ovens, kids and teens clubs, a fun bar, fitness center, and a beautiful beach right off the pool area with boogie boards and kayaks included. The calm ocean was perfect for our kids. We also enjoyed the spa (hydrotherapy was well worth it). While the rooms and fitness center are a bit dated, and our bathroom had plumbing issues, the staff’s responsiveness and the overall experience more than made up for it. Special thanks as well to Israel, who helped arrange transportation during our stay and ensured our airport taxi was seamless on departure day. We heard the resort may be undergoing a major renovation soon, and if so, this place will be incredible. Even now, the people, service, and atmosphere make this a resort we would highly recommend, especially for families and special celebrations.
