Family of 3 including one infant stayed at this hotel for one month service apartment. Amazing five star experience, staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating for baby. Room is clean, no issues with noise and comfortable. We reserved a crib without extra charges. The room has black out blinds which make naps for baby very easy. Location is superb with private entrance to the walking promenade overlooking Victoria harbour. Make sure to check out the Infinity swimming pool that provides a 360 view of the entire harbour. As for dining, we tried the lunch buffet and Japanese teppanyaki buffet both are delicious. Will come again for sure.

Our stay at Harbour Grand Kowloon was unfortunately one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had in Hong Kong. Upon arriving around 1:00 PM, we were greeted by an extremely long check-in queue of approximately 50 people. After leaving for nearly 45 minutes and returning, the line had barely moved. My wife ultimately spent over 30 minutes standing in the queue before we could check in. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of hospitality during this process. We saw exhausted children sleeping on lobby sofas after long journeys, only to be asked by security to get up. Despite the large crowd and lengthy wait times, no complimentary drinking water was offered to guests. The lobby was crowded, warm, and uncomfortable. The disappointment continued in the room. Not even a small complimentary bottle of water was provided. When we called reception, we were told that water could be purchased for HK$5 per 250 ml bottle. Instead, I went to a nearby supermarket and bought a 6-litre pack for HK$16. The room itself was basic and did not feel consistent with the expectations one has from a hotel of this category. We also chose not to take breakfast as the pricing did not represent good value. The WiFi is extremely slow and water pressure is inadequate. There is no conditioner in the showers While the hotel’s location is convenient, the overall guest experience, service standards, and attention to basic hospitality left much to be desired. Based on our stay, I can only rate this hotel 1 out of 5 stars. Considering the long check in queues, it is obvious the hotel is highly profitable but it seems the management is trying to maximize profits by compromising in guest comfort and quality of service.

Stayed in a Deluxe Harbour View room on level 8 for a few nights, and it was decent. The hotel has a stylish interior and a calm, relaxing vibe. The room is quite spacious by Hong Kong standards and offers a stunning harbour view on both sides. However, the weather can be cloudy at times, so you might not get a good daytime view or much of a night skyline. Daily housekeeping was provided, and the staff kept the room spotless. The bed and bathtub were super comfy. Shampoo and body wash were available, but there was no complimentary drinking water, iron, or dental kits. The reception and restaurant areas felt a bit chaotic, so I used the self check-in kiosk and didn’t really interact with staff. The pool was closed during my stay, which was a shame. The location is convenient, with a short walk to Whampoa MRT station and Hung Hom ferry pier, making it easy to get around Hong Kong.

We booked a suite and stayed for 4 nights with my hubby and baby. The stay included a private entrance for the breakfast, tea and happy hour. I dont think I went to the tea or happy hour once. The breakfast was excellent in the private club, tho not in the ground floor. That one was a zoo, so highly recommended to add private club access or go for no breakfast at all. room was clean, hotel was lovely. view was amazing. the closet would be better if it had shelves. Overall very happy with our stay. My husband thought the gym was lovely, it had a sauna.

Stayed at Harbour Grand Kowloon and overall it was a pleasant experience. The lobby is simply awesome & grand. The hotel is located right on the waterfront and offers beautiful views of Victoria Harbour, especially from the harbour-view rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property has good facilities including a gym, spa, several dining options. The hotel is slightly away from the main tourist areas like Tsim Sha Tsui, but transport options and taxis make it easy to get around the city. The peaceful location is actually nice if you want to stay away from the busy crowds. Service is generally good, though check-in can sometimes be slow during busy periods. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with great harbour views and good amenities—worth considering if you want a scenic stay in Hong Kong
