Wifi not working. Electric socks not working on room. Staff doesnt help you to fix these services even if you paid them. Also when you reserve 2 rooms next to each and other, after you get them separated in different building. Food and drinks normal quality. Pool ok. Forrest near to hotel gives you fresh air. But in general for what you pay is not that quality. I hope this hotel will do better in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service felt unprofessional and inattentive. The check-in process was slow, and the staff didn’t seem particularly interested in helping or making guests feel welcome. The room itself was far from what was advertised. It was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and an unpleasant smell. The bathroom and showers were especially concerning, as they were dirty and clearly not maintained to a hygienic standard. This made the stay very uncomfortable. The food was another major letdown. The quality was poor, and there was very little variety—it felt like the same dishes were being served every single night. Meals quickly became repetitive and unappetizing. The entertainment was equally underwhelming. Each evening felt exactly the same, with no effort to provide different or engaging activities. It became boring very quickly and didn’t add anything positive to the experience. To make matters worse, one of the nighttime bar staff members, named Hisham, was extremely rude and unprofessional and even swore at me, which is completely unacceptable behavior in a customer service environment. Another issue was the all-inclusive service. It finishes strictly at midnight, and even if you try to get a drink at 12:01am, you will be refused. This felt very unreasonable and left a bad impression. On top of that, the prices after midnight were extremely high—charging around £25 for just two drinks is excessive and not what you would expect from an all-inclusive stay. Noise was also an issue—I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway, making it difficult to relax or sleep. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and overall experience. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. There are definitely better options available for the same price or less.

We liked our room, it was comfortable and well-designed. The only downside was that our refrigerator was broken, but overall we had a comfortable stay. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. I would have liked more variety. The hotel staff were generally good, respectful and friendly. The animation was great!!!! Both the kids' club and the adult animation were fun. A huge thank you to Ozzy in particular!

This hotel is truly incredible very family friendly, the staff are unmatched so kind, attentive and welcoming. I can’t fault this place at all. A special mention to a few members of the animation team Ozzy, Melike and Ejae these three really have made such a difference to our hotel really getting to know us and our kids. Ozzy is a very bright and lovely character who makes everyone feel welcome and makes a special effort with all guests. Melike and Ejae truly made my kids entire holiday nothing was too much to ask of either of them. The wait staff in the restaurant and garden bar have become like family and all the amazing staff we will miss.

Stayed for a week last week of April had rain first day but nice after that. The hotel its self is lovely big rooms are decent size. Entertainment is good but repetitive same as the food most nights are the same. Entertainment in the garden bar some thing different for 3 nights then kind of repeats. Entertainment in the amphitheatre is different every night. Sun loungers are easy enough to get shops on site are cheap enough. But 10 min walk you are on the beach with lots more shops. Booking day trips highly advise go off site to do so we paid £130 for quads and go karting every one else only paid £20. Beautiful steak house down the road to
