Four Seasons The Nam Hai made our time in Hanoi truly unforgettable. We were celebrating my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary, and from the moment we checked in, the Four Seasons team made them feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our beachfront villa was boutique in size, offering a wonderful sense of privacy and comfort. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and felt both safe and serene. The resort also offered a range of thoughtful activities such as lantern making and cooking classes, which my parents thoroughly enjoyed. The highlight was undoubtedly the spa experience, where each treatment takes place in a private villa overlooking a tranquil lotus pond. It was an extraordinary and deeply relaxing experience.

An absolutely unforgettable family stay at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An – truly beyond 6-star service! From the moment we arrived, the team made our trip magical. My wife and I were thrilled with the thoughtful, attentive service from everyone. Special shoutouts to the outstanding non-managerial staff: Ngoc and Thuy (our incredible lady butlers) who anticipated every need - Ngoc was particularly exceptional. Ry from landscaping was also excellent – the plants I bought in Vietnam were well-prepared for travel by the resort staff, they did not suffer any transplant shock when I planted them back home. This is a unique touch that's world-class and service that is not found elsewhere! The managerial team was equally impressive: Tin, Debbie, and Jimmy (F&B) – young, enthusiastic, and incredibly capable. The entire staff went above and beyond, creating memories we'll cherish. The villas are stunning, the beach pristine, and the location perfect for exploring UNESCO sites nearby. We're already planning our return next year! Thank you, Marcel (hotel’s general manager) and team, for such warmth and excellence. Highly recommend for families seeking luxury and genuine hospitality.

Exceptional service and overall environment. We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa. The layout and size were great. But the room was a bit dated and in need of renovation. It looks like they’re starting to renovate but we didn’t get an updated Villa. The butler service was very nice. Nice selection of food at the breakfast buffet but flavors were just ok, same with their lunch and dinner items. The spa is nice but the massage was just okay

Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai is truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, the setting and facilities are exquisite—beautifully designed, serene, and unmistakably luxurious. The rooms are spacious and immaculately appointed, with extraordinary attention to detail and absolutely no expense spared. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the staff. They are quite simply unbelievable: warm, kind, caring, and genuinely invested in making your stay special. A particular shout-out to the pool staff, who thoughtfully moved our loungers throughout the day so we could follow the sun—so obliging, intuitive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The resort offers a great gym, and we also participated in a cooking class, which was engaging, fun, and genuinely informative. We made delicious food and it was a wonderful, memorable activity. This is very clearly a six-star resort, and it shows not only in the luxury but in the atmosphere—happy staff who are clearly led by a strong, supportive team. The complimentary shuttle buses to Hoi A were a really lovely inclusion. Hoi An is such a special place to visit, and being able to easily access it was a wonderful add-on to an already exceptional stay. Having slightly later shuttle returns would have been nice (the latest being 8:30 pm back to the hotel), but again, this is a very small thing as taxis are readily available. The only minor negatives were a few small errors with breakfast orders and slightly longer-than-expected wait times on some mornings. That said, the staff were always extremely apologetic, and by our final day service was noticeably faster and smoother. Fresh fruit is cut to order (which is lovely), though having some fruit more readily accessible might be nice—understandably this may be for hygiene reasons. These are very small points compared to the overwhelming positives. We only had one dinner on site—the Indian cuisine was adequate and we enjoyed it; but, in the end, we felt that dining options in Hoi An were better, offering more interesting and beautiful settings and better value overall. We would return in a heartbeat, highly recommend this resort, and can confidently say it is worth every cent.

Top stay of our lives! The staff went above and beyond to not only meet our needs but to anticipate and exceed them! Fantastic breakfast plus the unlimited chocolate event and desserts delivered daily to the room were truly over the top. Kids loved the heated pool and they send a special thanks to Hai from the kids club. They even made a bunch of other kid friends. Tons of activities too for the whole family like lantern making and even calligraphy! It was like White Lotus (but in the best way).
