This was a very well located hotel, close to transport, restaurants and shopping. It was very easy to go anywhere in Hong Kong from here. Room was very nice and was serviced very well daily. There were many restaurant choices but we only ate occasionally in the food hall which was very good. Terrible baby was A very nIce ace to relax and enjoy a drink. Overall I highly recommend this hotel especially for the location.

Being diagnosed with coeliac disease makes finding food in Hong Kong quite difficult. Finding gluten-free options in the bustling streets, as traditional dishes often contain wheat-based ingredients. However, at Astor in the Eaton Hotel, they serve a breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet that tries to accommodate allergies with labels and various food restrictions (more labelling would be even better). My family and I decided to have breakfast there, and I was amazed by the variety. There was everything from a fresh-juice stall to a coffee shop brewing on-site, Chinese cuisine, desserts, and much more. The wide selection and safety measures make Eaton Hotel’s buffet a must-try and a very secure choice for anyone wondering what they can eat during their stay in Hong Kong. At the buffet, my experiences were worthy of high praise. With exceptional food and an endless amount of plentiful, I couldn’t stop eating. After trying a bit of every cuisine, I felt satisfied and well-fed. Every morning, I woke up excited, knowing an amazing buffet awaited me. Additionally, alongside fantastic accommodation, Eaton Hotel features a highly acclaimed restaurant on its ground floor, called Yat Tung Heen. Like the buffet, they offer separate menus for gluten-free diners, and staff clearly state whether each dish contains allergens when asked. Yat Tung Heen offers a traditional Chinese dining experience but can cater to those with allergies. In summary, Eaton Hotel provides not only excellent accommodation but also fantastic, allergy-friendly food options of all kinds. Just below this fine hotel is Yat Tung Heen, which presents a gateway to a variety of delicacies where you need not worry about dietary restrictions, as they have it all covered. Visiting this restaurant always makes me thankful, because not many Hong Kong restaurants look after allergies as well, and those that do often don’t serve the best food. That’s not the case with Yat Tung Heen—they continue to delight my taste buds. In conclusion, if you’re ever heading to Hong Kong, I highly recommend this place, as it offers delicious food and is very accommodating to various dietary needs.

I had a lovely stay there. The room size was not very large, but I think it a standard room size in Hong Kong. The breakfast was delicious and so many options. The room was clean. The children absolutely loved the bunk beds. The location is quite good, just a short walk from the Jordan MTR station. The reception was very helpful and the service was excellent. The hotel is on a corner street, and there is a 7-Eleven directly across the road. The hotel also has a food hall on the lower floor that opens at 11 AM. The food is delicious and very convenient. It's great to be able to go straight down to grab a meal after a tiring day of sightseeing without having to walk far. The hotel also features a bar, a gym, and a small swimming pool on the rooftop. If it rains or there is a thunderstorm, the hotel staff will close the pool to prevent lightning strikes. Thank you for a delicious birthday cake.

Booking 5Ds4Ns, known about the good locations and nearby facilities but the photos shown on the web and photos of reviews are so different from what we got. Staying at level 9 facing the highway, the moment step in, so old fashion. Well, is fine as long as room is not noise and if well maintained! But the more we stay in, we see problems. The a/c is dusty, the frame of the toilet door is not clean, the door maintenance is horrible, the glass shower is cloudy, obviously the cleaning is very bad. Luckily the bowel still look clean, not ending, for the 2nd nights, we hears next door tv sound!!! Maybe because we have a connecting room door?! Not only from our next door, we do heard people voice when passing by our unit! That show how bad the sound proofing is! We will never come back to this so call 4 stars hotel again

We stayed at Eaton HK for 8 nights as a couple with our 1‑year‑old. The hotel placed us on the 7th floor, directly above and facing the bar and restaurant area. Unfortunately, parties were held almost every evening, including weddings and a Halloween event, with loud music continuing until late at night. We raised our concerns several times, but no effective action was taken to make our stay more comfortable. As the weekend approached and it was clear the noise would only increase, we decided to check out one night earlier. The hotel agreed to refund the unused night, and we are waiting to see the refund processed. The room itself fell short of expectations. It felt more worn and dated than expected, and the bathroom was quite old‑fashioned and not entirely suitable for a young couple with a child. While the housekeeping team was consistently attentive and did their best to accommodate our requests, we still had to repeatedly ask for an extra set of towels for our toddler. For the same price, we have stayed in other, more renowned hotel brands in Hong Kong, but decided to give Eaton HK a try because we appreciated the values and positioning the brand represents. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a mistake we will not make again. Overall, despite the kind housekeeping staff, the combination of constant noise, aging facilities, and lack of response to guest concerns made this stay disappointing compared to what we had hoped for.
