We were absolutely delighted with the hotel and the overall service. I can’t express enough how kind and genuinely helpful the staff are - not the fake kind of polite, but truly warm and caring people who are always ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day as well. The hotel also offers beach towels you can use daily, and complimentary bottled water is provided every day too. We were really impressed with everything. As for breakfast, the food is perfectly good and the selection is quite decent. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and would definitely come back!

We stayed 3 nights. There are pros- it’s right on a beautiful beach, the staff is incredibly nice (shout out to prasanta and Ian) , the breakfast room looks out the ocean, and then renovated rooms are very nice. BUT the renovations that are ongoing really ruin the atmosphere- there are dumping grounds of furniture and supplies everywhere, a dirt path leading to a makeshift route for the elevator etc. I felt I was staying in a run down motel- but once you get to your room it is nice, albeit the rooms are kind of small and tight. The mattress was, however, horrible. Once this hotel officially finishes its renovations I can see it being a better place- check on this before you come.

Our stay at the Coral Strand was absolutely amazing! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The resort has everything you need, a great selection of restaurants and bars, along with good facilities throughout. What really made our experience stand out, though, was the outstanding customer service. Every single staff member, from reception and housekeeping to the bar staff and the team by the beach , was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout to Sanjay at reception, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! 🌴✨

We had an amazing stay at Coral Beach Resort! The room was new, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, we enjoyed every meal. A special thanks to Danuska and the rest of the team for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They really went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beau Vallon!

After booking the hotel, I started reading more reviews in detail and came across comments about an ongoing renovation, which many people found unbearable. Since I still had a few weeks before my stay, I wrote to the hotel and asked for a room as far as possible from the construction noise. In reality, my wife, daughter, and I only spent time in the room between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., while all the renovation work (by the way, now in the last block) finished around 5–6 p.m. Perhaps for those who enjoy relaxing by the pool this could have been disturbing, but for us the beach was far more enjoyable and spacious, so the noise didn’t bother us at all. As for the hotel itself – it is very nice, comfortable, with renovated rooms (note that the double and triple rooms are the same size unless you book a two-room option), a decent bathroom, good housekeeping service, and in my case a very quiet location with a mountain view. Sleeping in our room was extremely comfortable – firstly, the bed and pillows were of high quality, and secondly, the silence was perfect. A big “thank you” to the administration for giving us room 430. There were some moments at the beginning of our stay when loud music from the beach area was really annoying, but after a few days of getting to know the island, it all made sense: locals truly love loud music everywhere – in their cars, while walking, and especially during weekends on the beach. So be prepared for loud beats on weekends – it gets very intense. :) Restaurants: we visited two – the main buffet restaurant and the Ocean Deck Bar. Breakfasts at the main restaurant were very decent and tasty. It’s not European-style, but everything was good, fresh, and plentiful. Staff: they do their job well and treat every guest with respect. The beach: you are right in the center of one of the most comfortable beaches on the island. In the evening, we even saw wide fins of stingrays approaching after dusk and flying fish jumping out of the water.
