The Chrousso Village hotel is a lovely place, the location is excellent, and the surrounding yard and green areas are beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The food is good and offers a wide variety of choices, so there is something for everyone. However, there were some significant drawbacks that negatively affected our stay. The biggest disappointment was the pool policy. My 10-year-old son was repeatedly prevented from swimming in the pool by the lifeguard and was constantly directed to the baby section of the pool. It was frustrating and difficult to understand why a child of his age was not allowed to use the regular pool. This situation occurred throughout our stay and greatly reduced our enjoyment of the holiday. We were also unhappy with the bed, which was old and uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep well. In addition, the quality of the drinks at the bar was poor. Most beverages seemed to come from machines, which resulted in a very artificial taste and did not meet the standard we expected from a hotel of this category. Overall, while the food, location, and beautiful surroundings were definite positives, the uncomfortable bed, low-quality drinks, and especially the unreasonable restrictions placed at the pool left us disappointed with the overall experience. Two years ago I would recommend the hotel but now...No.

We had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, especially considering we booked and paid for a Deluxe Suite. What we received was completely misrepresented compared to the photos on Booking and the hotel’s own website. Instead of a suite with two separate bedrooms, we were given a single room with a door, one bathroom, and an entrance area that is not actually separated from the rest of the unit, offering no real privacy or separation as advertised. The listing clearly shows a bright, spacious Deluxe Suite with two bedrooms, each featuring large balcony doors and direct access to a terrace. In reality, our unit had only one very small window, making the entire space dark, enclosed, and uncomfortable to stay in. This is a major discrepancy from what is shown online. The furniture setup was also poorly thought out and not functional. There was no wardrobe or proper storage for clothes at all—only a bed with two nightstands and, oddly, two separate tables that served no clear purpose. The room felt incomplete and not designed for practical use. On top of that, there was a large hole in the bathroom door, which we immediately reported to the staff. Despite raising this issue, nothing was done to repair it during our stay, which is unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone a suite category. Overall, this stay was far below any reasonable standard for the price and category advertised. We feel misled by the listing and extremely dissatisfied with the experience, and we cannot recommend this hotel.

Everything was great as always, we are here 3rd year in a row. Many thanks to Stella from the reservation department and all the empolyees that are super polite. Everything is super clean and the kids love it See you again next year, highly recommended Alexandra Markovic

Very nice place to stay – clean, tidy and family-friendly. Good food selection even in low season. Great animations for kids by the Fundeer Team (Zosia, Klaudia, Kasia – great job!). Hope Łukasz comes back to Chrousso 🙂

We are very disappointed with food. The complex is full, the food should be fresh and very, very high, at least because of this reason. 4 * stars, but only because of food does not deserve more than 1 *. We have been in lower categorized hotels, but the food has always been varied and freshly cooked. I show you photos of the main food that feeds the full complex. Tomatoes are partially spoiled and boiled potatoes semi-boiled. We had great expectations, but we had hungry and we had to eat a restaurant.
