It is a really nice place to stay. All inclusive is only 3 drinks lunch and 3 at dinner due to laws in the city. BUT the customer service is so good. Activities everyday with Coco (an absolute legend) and the pool is a nice place to chill. Recommend eating out a couple times as the food is repetitive but it’s an all inclusive so you expect that. The food was very good though and the people who work here are very kind. Is exactly what you pay for. A nice break with comfy beds and a nice atmosphere. Karaoke on saturday nights is where it’s at too!!!

Just come back from here, upon arrival we were a little early for check in but the friendly man on reception changed our room to one that was ready to be able to get checked in. Once we checked in we realised that ‘all inclusive’ didn’t mean all inclusive you were allowed 3 beers or wine during lunch 1-2.30pm and 3 beers or wine during dinner 7.30-9.30 this was to do with the law in the area, we didn’t know this upon booking or would have considered somewhere else. With it being near the end of season we expected places to be shutting etc but hotel entertainment was dead nothing started until around 9pm not even music playing, nothing to keep kids in the hotel entertained. We were all just sat in a room with our drinks pretty boring to be honest. There were families of 4/5 that would have paid a lot more than us in the same situation and if I was them I’d have been really annoyed I chose this hotel. This hotel is ideal if your a couple that want to venture out most days and just use the place to sleep but all inclusive wise it’s just not even worth it, food weren’t the best we ended up eating out mostly. Same stuff staff were helpful and can’t be blamed for the food etc, but not impressed worst holiday we’ve been on

Booked 3rd party so not surprised to be given a room with a balcony facing another building. At least we 'enjoyed' the man having a shower directly opposite with semi opaque glass. Rooms basic but clean, pool nice. Food very poor, nothing vegetarian except salad and plain pasta with sauce that tasted like tomato ketchup. The all inclusive white wine is quite nice but the orange juice is disgustingly chemical. Evening entertainment is laughable, inc bingo. Ok for over 80 year olds.

I will start with beat thing of this hotel is the pool area, buffet dinner/breakfast and receptionist and staff in general absolutely amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this hotel in general with all the facilities. I traveled Solo as my Birthday trip to go out and tour around the Island. So the room was not priority hence I don’t remove 5 star review just purely, I only needed bed to sleep in, 227 room has potential but the smell of dampness and whenever above or next to you room someone flushes or has shower the smell becomes unpleasant I have mentioned it to reception, but I also said this will not make me complain as I know tjey cannot do much about it. I still recommend this Hotel 🏨. Thank you for the service provided and the staff you all do an amazing job!

We stayed for 4 nights Aug 2025. Arrived late so missed dinner. But was not offered anything. Check in was ok guy was very nice who checked us in but was very hard to hear him due to karaoke. Our room was ok. It smelled bad on the day we arrived of very strong urine. Shower was good, hair dryer good, soap and body wash was supplied and was good. Beds are hard and old but still comfy enough. We asked for extra pillows and it was no problem. Our balcony looked out to the street, I would have liked a pool view. It was noisy at night. We were on second floor. Some of the staff were so nice but one guy in particular was not very nice at all. He always seemed annoyed any time I approached the bar for a drink. You get 3 alcoholic drinks at lunchtime and 3 at dinner time. Dinner is at 7.30. I asked for one of my "all inclusive drinks" at 7.25 and I had to stand and wait for 5 mins before he would give it to me which I thought was ridiculous. He incorrectly told me another night the time had passed for the 3 drinks then realised his error and gave me my drink reluctantly. Another night he upset me so bad when I brought my empty glass up for a refill he spoke to me like I was a naughty child because I had a glass on the balcony of the bar as nobody had told me it was not allowed.i told him I didn't know and that I was really upset and wanted his name to complain of his rudeness and how he made me feel like a beggar any time I went for one if my 3 drinks. And he always had a look on his face never a friendly smile always annoyance. There were others drinking from glasses and not plastic cups too but nothing was said to them. He just had a problem with me. He said then he was so sorry so sorry. Be prepared to wait for a drink when it's "all inclusive" time for a beer or wine as mostly only 1 oerson serving and always very slow. The air con was not great in our room either. Cleaning staff were very friendly. You should bring your own towel for the poolside as you have to pay for a towel if not. Pool opens at 10 and closes at 8. Nice temperature all day. No problem getting beds. They tell you unlimited snacks are included in "all inclusive" but don't be fooled when you see Pringles and chocolate behind the bar. These are not included. The all inclusive snacks are sandwiches and pasties. The food in the restaurant was good. Alot of choice and every day something different. You will find something even if you have fussy eaters. Coffee is very good. There is an ice cream machine that you pull your own cone but it pours out runny ice cream so be warned. Alot of people we chatted to complained about the food but I found it ok. Some evenings nicer than others. Would I come back? No. It was ok but the member of staff who was rude all the time really put me off and made me feel so annoyed and the location is not great its further from the beach and marina than I expected. My little boy didn't feel safe walking outside the hotel at night.
