Lovely place . Staff very friendly and helpful .Beds were comfy. The pool was great and nice and warm late afternoon. Very clean and maintenance teams round all the time . Mostly family friendly there were some raucous lads about some of the time though but when the manager told them off they behaved.It takes about 12 mins to walk to beach . The food was pretty good though perhaps a fruit salad would have been nice not just whole or in thick slices. Plenty of variety. The chap who organised the activities was super fun . We had a lovely time here .

Animation Team is awesome! Alex did an amazing family video for us, and we absolutely loved it. The whole process was smooth, creative, and professional. The video turned out emotional, beautiful, and full of wonderful memories. Thank you for your great work and attention to every detail. Highly recommend this team!

All was fine untill last night when groupl of 40-50 people had a party until 4 am. Entire hotel was listening to drunks and its not acceptable for staff not to be able to tell them to be quite . Not to mention that they made a huge mess at the pool during a day. Cant even imagine those groups staying there all 3 nights I was there .

I stayed with my daughter last week, the maid came and cleaned the room she didn’t make the bed she put some cleaning fluid and wet the floor, my daughter met her coming out of the room, she didn’t let her know the floor was wet and she slipped and fell, she badly hurt her knee we ended up calling an ambulance and she has long term damage, I left my number for the manager to call me he never did, we where unable to stay for the rest of our holiday due to the steps abd to be frank the hotel food was awful she was on crutches and unable to walk much we had to change hotel. I used to stay here with my daughter years ago the hotel has definitely gone down hill, I’m angry that we was not contacted by mangers, or offers any refund, the extra costs incurred as well as spoiling our holiday, if your thinking of booking this hotel don’t. I hold the cleaner responsible for leaving the floor very wet with no warning or sign I don’t even understand why she didn’t make the bed very very unhappy we have now seeking legal advice

very good place, clean, smells nice, lovely people + fun, outside is nice, rooms cleaned every day, very fun entertainment especially coco, he was amazing and funny.
