We loved our stay for 6 nights at this hotel, the apartment was lovely, clean, towels changed every 2 days, the food was amazing, staff as well, location though is a bit uphill but is good for your health, if you fit and not have mobility issues. Also, the way they look after the plants around, ornaments, everything is beautiful to see around. The pools were clean, services, people working hard to maintain everything on standards. For the price we paid, we were happy. The beach nearby is volcanic one, the nearest nice sandy beach you need to take the car or bus 20 min. Thank you x

We have just returned 4/8/2026 from a 5 night stay upon reading the reviews I was worried to arrive. The hotel is definitely in great need of redecoration but I didn’t find any serious issues as other travellers have documented. We had a large 2 bedroom apartment which was an amazing size for my family and I did not see one cockroach during our stay my only negative as the is no aircon in rooms only a fan we was lucky we was on 3rd floor so could keep doors open at night .We stayed all inclusive breakfast was worse meal of day not much option for us lunch and dinner better but repetitive at times. Also with all inclusive icecream had to be purchased separately at the bar which was disappointing. Another big thing was a lot of walking up hill which is difficult in 36 degree heat so for people with mobility issues I would think twice about booking.Overall I think it was a good holiday of you want 5⭐️this place is not for you.

When I walked in the pretty impressive reception I thought I'd be in for a treat with this resort. But it's quite literally downhill from there. Down quite a steep incline to our apartment which was quite sandy and covered in tiny bugs The food was pretty terrible apart from one day where there was a pretty tasty sausage Good selection for fussy eaters and the kids. Need to catch a busfor half an hour if you want to get to anywhere fun. Our 3 year old loved it though. And the staff were AMAZING! with her A good place if your not too fussy PS. Despite the advertising,there is ZERO WiFi in the apartments. So your buggered if the kids like the IPAD!!

Currently staying at the Bluesea Callao. This hotel is a bit dated however the apartments are huge along with the balconies. Kitchen area is well equipped. I think managed your expectations here, you want a 5 star hotel then pay for one. The price i paid for this holiday was very good and I would definitely come back here with my youngest child. The pools are big enough that you aren't going to lose anyone. There is only 1 bar open at the pool which isn't ideal and this is the only bar. I'm lead to believe there is another bar at another pool but it seems to be closed most of the time. We did book AI and again I guess for what we paid its ok but there isn't a lot of selection and it's fairly average.

Me and my partner along with our 10 year old daughter have just arrived home from our stay here. I have to say we had a wonderful time. The staff were great, we really enjoyed the food and our room was lovely and clean. We don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel. You are only a few minutes from bar’s restaurants and supermarkets. We will be returning in September, but booking directly with the hotel. Thank you for a lovely time!!
