We recently stayed for 5 nights at Banyan Tree and absolutely loved our stay. The resort and our room were beautiful, food excellent in all restaurants and so much choice at breakfast….lovely to be able to peruse the options with a mimosa in hand! Sadly it rained most of the time we were there but as our room was so enjoyable, we were happy to stay cosy inside. It was the little things that added to our experience: Man, our super friendly, happy and helpful Villa Host who we had a lot of laughs with, the restaurant staff who presented us with our own hat at dinner, all the others (too many to mention), who stopped at our table for a chat, or smiled as we passed. After a long day visiting Hoi An, we were treated to a foot bath in our villa - absolutely wonderful, and then a bath tub prepared for us in our last night. We had a small problem during our stay, yet Man handled it very professionally and promptly - perfect customer service! The resort is a long way from anywhere else which is fantastic for quiet and relaxation, however does not give the opportunity to visit nearby restaurants and shops that might surround resorts/hotels in other locations. Would recommend Banyan Tree in a heartbeat!

I stayed at the Banyan Tree for 4 days during Christmas and was there for Christmas dinner as well. Right when you arrive you are warmly greeted by a host who assists you with checking in and getting situated. Nice touch. This property has a Bali esque feel to it and has a feeling of tranquility that puts you right at ease. Our room was situated on the hillside which gives you a panoramic view of the ocean and a view of the beachfront. The infinity pool is beautiful and the rooms were very nice. You have wall to wall windows which give you an open and airy feeling. There is a shuttle service that takes you to the main property since we were located on a steep hill and the main eating area was down below. The food here is excellent and somewhat authentic. Their breakfast buffet is amazing and has a nice mixture of local delights and western food as well. But primarily Asian foods. Fruits were amazing as expected and the service was top notch. Overall, a great experience and a place that I would highly recommend!

Excellent service, even if we travel a lot the best experience we ever had! Wonderful retreat which gives you the feeling to fully relax and escape the reality. Special thanks to the wonderful, well organised and really friendly staff. The staff collaborated well with each other. All wishes were fulfilled and even more. I never experienced something like this experience and it’s difficult to find something like this place somewhere else! Special thanks to Jennie and Man for the pleasant stay and wonderful service. Unfortunately I forgot the names of the other staff but everyone was so kind. The meditation classes leaded by the wonderful meditation teacher were also unbelievable. The pictures of the resort doesn’t match the reality it is much better!

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and honestly had the best time. I even got proposed here so this place will always be special to us 🫶 Huge thank you to Ngoc (Jade). She was amazing and helped us so much throughout our stay. Everything felt easy and stress free thanks to her. We booked the romantic package with a private dinner at a secluded spot and it was incredible. Super romantic and totally worth it. Room service was also worth the money and everything we ordered was delicious. The food and drinks at the restaurants within the resort were great and the buffet was really good too. No complaints at all. Overall an amazing resort with great service and a beautiful setting. We will definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway. Again, cảm ơn Ngọc (Jade) rất nhiều!

Banyan is the resort I feel has the best service among all the resorts I've experienced in Vietnam. The scenery, rooms, and views are absolutely amazing. But what impressed me most was the service. From the receptionists and bellmen to the head chef, everyone was very nice. The bellmen were always cheerful and playful with my children. The head chef was dedicated to each young guest, bringing pastries and milk to my child's table. I asked the receptionists to print out my child's schoolwork, and they served me incredibly quickly, within minutes, even though our villa wasn't near the lobby. The day I checked in was my husband's birthday, so the hotel even gave us a beautiful, large birthday cake. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Banyan's service 😍
