First time here at this hotel as disabled travellers,not a bad hotel but us in the process of renovation, although we found our stay enjoyable we wouldn't visit again food was good but repetitive as your standard all inclusive package. Pools were very cold . Visiting the beach is a very difficult process fir anyone with mobility issues as its on a rockface and very steep to get up and down with a lot of steps , there is a very small patch of sand of which you could not call a Beach . Out and about was enjoyable as you can walk around and not get harrassed by shopkeepers, Soho square is a short stroll from the Hotel and a lovely place for a wander, we even had a meal out at the Anerican diner and for £30 for two people including taxi from our hotel and a drink each was a bargain as the food was lovely, highly recommended a visit.

The worst experience ever, we were fortunate to be able to checkout after a night. Nothing exclusive about the Royal Savoy, save the extra $$$ and if need book the regular Savoy. The service is inconsistent, impolite and not premium at all. The entire lobby is dingy, outdated and feels like a old home, nothing relaxing about being here. The only thing going for the rooms are that they are spacious but poorly planned, electrical outlets are hard to get to (3 outlets in total, 2 connected to the bedside tables, 1 in the kitchen). The bedside table not accessible. Need to reach below the table and move it and disconnect the lamp to the use. Cant use the outlet and the lamp simultaneously. Blow dryer didnt work in the bathroom nor did the outlet in the blow dryer. Towels not stocked. The resort and the location are worth, just dont be conned into ths supposed premium option. Look through the reviews carefully as they have combined Savoy reviews with the Royal Savoy, which we only realized after our stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful four-day stay at Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were extremely attentive and caring throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our time there and would happily return again. Rimma Partridge.

Great well designed large resort hotel with a large shopping mall attached. Food and drinks are also good. We had the 'E' package which also includes free food and drinks in 4 restaurants in the mall on top of the ample free restaurants inside the hotel. Definitely 5 star but if I was to be critical of anything it's the lack of coral and fish off of the resort beach compared to other resorts we've stayed at, and I don't think there's anything the hotel can do about it.....

I stayed at Panoramic suite at Royal Savoy. Unique view from the very spacious room and balcony over Tiran island and red sea. Very elegant suite and very luxurious hotel. I had e class all inclusive option with excellent morning and lunch buffet and a great variety of a la carte restaurants with excellent quality of food and great variety. Many bars to choose from for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at Royal Savoy hotel and Soho Square. I highly recommend this hotel!!

This is truly a high-end hotel and a genuine 5-star experience and I absolutely LOVED it, I was completely at peace during my stay. The hotel and property looks exactly like the photos, nothing misleading. The food was excellent, the room was nicely designed, and the pool area was spotless and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained, with attention to detail throughout the property. The design is clean with nice middle eastern discrete detailing. The staff were professional, and helpful. The atmosphere was perfect, peaceful without being too quiet or too loud. I would definitely stay here again!

exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens, several pools, and a private beach that feels like paradise. The atmosphere is both luxurious and relaxing, making it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was always perfect. Dining was a highlight of our trip. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes, while the à la carte restaurants provided a more intimate and elegant dining experience Emad and Karim gave us extra attention during all of our dining evenings! The hotel is wonderful. The service is of a very high standard. It has all the necessary amenities. We liked it very much. I also recommend it for family vacations. We are very satisfied with the service provided by the restaurant waiter, Alaa. We plan to stay at this hotel again next time.

Hotel was amazing, everything was perfect. Rooms were cleaned to excellent standard, and food was all great. No issues during our 7 week stay, the staff were very attentive. The entertainment team were lovely, especially Ali Snoob, who seems very dedicated and just a joy to speak to. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing stay in Alcazar in Sharm El Sheikh! My family had an unforgettable experience at this beautiful resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff were incredibly friendly, including room service, restaurant and bar staff always welcoming, and ready to help. I would specifically mention Alaa and Makeen from Zoheriya restaurant. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned daily by staff not to mention Ahmed. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the restaurants were well maintained. The pool area and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and sun bathing. The bars next to the swimming pool area was handy to have with unlimited drinks and snacks. Entertainment and activities were well organized, and there was always something fun to do throughout the day. I truly felt relaxed, pampered, and safe during my entire stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxury, fun, and peaceful getaway. I can’t wait to come back

We had a Turkish breakfast at the Mykonos restaurant at Rixos Premium, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Even though we did not have a reservation, the team still welcomed us and accommodated us without hesitation, which immediately set the tone for the fantastic service we received. The breakfast itself was excellent. The food was fresh, plentiful, and full of flavor, with a wonderful variety that truly showcased a traditional Turkish breakfast. Everything was beautifully prepared and served with great care. A highlight of the experience was the chef personally coming over to speak with us, which added a thoughtful and personal touch. It made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Overall, everything was perfect, from the service to the food to the atmosphere. A true five star experience that we would highly recommend.

I would like to give a big compliment to Anyma Mazher from Rixos Magawish Hurghada for her outstanding service. She makes the absolute best Porn Star Martini with mango and strawberries, perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every cocktail she prepares is made with great care, skill, and attention to detail. Anyma is always friendly, warm, and genuinely attentive, making every visit a pleasure. Her professionalism and positive energy truly elevate the bar experience. If you are looking for an unforgettable cocktail and excellent service, Anyma is the person to look for.

We stayed at Rixos Resort for two nights, and overall everything was amazing. The orientation and welcome were excellent, and they made our honeymoon extra special with the lovely touches they prepared for us. One important thing to note is that their restaurants need to be reserved in advance. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this when we booked, and none of the restaurants were available during our two-night stay. However, the staff were very helpful and managed to arrange a table for us at the Greek restaurant, although it was not really to our taste we wanted to try lalezer. We really enjoyed our private pool, the water was warm and very relaxing. The beach was beautiful, with very soft sand and no rocks at all. The drinks were great, especially the piña colada, and the burgers at the street food were also very good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, we will definitely come back ❤️.

Salt is really great restaurant! Mykonos restaurant is really good place , and they have a nice Turkish breakfast! Farha make a gr8 service there ! Thank you so much ! So and we really love the Asian and soooo much Brazilian restaurants! Chef Mohammed made the best lamb carré and tomahawk steak in the world! Ibrahim is the best restaurateur in Rixos! Thanks to the team for the service and attitude towards the guest! It's like being at home!
