It was our first time in Maldives and Le Meridien really do the pictures justice and more. We had an overwater villa and it was super picturesque. Could hardly pay attention to the staff doing our room tour 🤣. The island is gorgeous and so is the house reef. We went snorkeling every day. Also loved that most staff we spoke to had pretty long tenure on the island, many being there 3/4 years. Really showed in the quality of service. Ari at Riviera was attentive, friendly and remembered our names! Hari at the gym is a cool dude. And Symon takes nice photos unprompted at the beach. On the less positive side, I wish I didnt get bit by mosquitos 4-5 times, but not sure if the resort can do anything about that. I also requested some flowers to be put in the room before we arrived but unfortunately had to follow up afterwards to get them delivered. But overall did not sour the vacation and we had a great time. Will enjoy the last day tomorrow and cant wait to come back!

This honeymoon trip was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtfully offered their warm congratulations and blessings. While diving, we saw so many amazing marine creatures—stingrays, sharks, sea turtles, and more. We also joined some water activities, and the crew were very attentive. They kindly helped take photos for us and patiently guided us throughout the experience. Even though our English is not very fluent, everyone here did their very best to help us understand and fully experience the beauty of the Maldives.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Le Méridien Maldives - our first time in the Maldives, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional and made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in an overwater villa which was perfect in every way, and the team had even arranged special touches in our room to celebrate our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful surprise. There was a fantastic choice of food with a wide range of cuisines, plus great bars to relax in and beautiful beach areas to unwind. Getting around the resort was effortless, with buggies always available and everything organised through a WhatsApp group where staff responded instantly - such a brilliant and efficient system. Unfortunately, my wife had a fall during the trip, but the response was immediate and reassuring. The lifeguard and staff took excellent care of her, and we’re especially grateful to Dr Usman and Juman for their kindness and professionalism. The snorkelling was a real highlight. The resort has an incredible house reef, easily accessible from the West Jetty overwater villas. Free snorkelling equipment is provided, and it was amazing to see so much sea life right on our doorstep. We also visited the spa, which was incredibly relaxing - having a massage while looking out at the sea life below made the experience even more special. A big thank you as well to our photographer (sadly can’t remember the name) who took some fantastic photos for us and worked very efficiently. Our stay at Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa was far beyond our best holiday ever, truly unforgettable. This experience was about so much more than luxury (although the resort itself is absolutely stunning). The food was world-class, every single meal a highlight, and the service was simply exceptional. A very special thank you to Abigail and Erma, who truly made our stay magical. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed and looked after every single day. To crown what is already the most memorable stay of our lives, my boyfriend and I got engaged here 🤍 We celebrated with a private dinner on the beach, where Krishaan cooked us the best steak we have ever had, an evening we will cherish forever. On our last day, we even spotted a turtle next to our water villa, and swam with it! What a magical, rare moment! We are already dreaming of coming back. Went for a vacation with 3 years old toddler. The location was perfect, near to the main island, not much of a hassle. Options for Indian vegetarian was good, shout out to Masala Hut & Feast restaurant team. Beaches were great and island cottage with plunge pool next to beach was just amazing. They took care of everything, pickup, drop & even helped in packing food for my kid during checkout. Service was excellent. I recommend to all Indian families / couples planning trip to Maldives.

Recently visited for honeymoon and had an amazing time. Had many complimentary services such as a warm welcome from staff upon arrival. The room was well prepared, only bad thing was the alcohol that they gave in the room however they replaced it for a non-alcoholic bottle after. All staff were amazing and well trained. Special thanks to fakhi who was our point of contact during our stay and assisted with any enquiries we had. He went above and beyond for us, helped me set up a nice private table on the beach for a surprise to my newly wedded wife. Originally the resort never gave the happy honeymoon sign on the bed however fakhi rectified it by decorating the room on our last night which made it a very special night for us both. The resort is beautiful, would 1000% recommend going for the all inclusive as it is expensive paying for everything seperately. Wide variety of food can choose to eat between 7 restaurants. Personal favourite was masala hut. There was a wide variety of activities including water sports, excursions, snorkelling trips etc. In my opinion a little too expensive for the activities. Overall had a good experience there had a honeymoon to remember, we even were given a plaque which is in the honeymoon garden, really great for memories, had a complementary professional photo shoot, welcome drinks, couples 60 min massage, snorkelling equipment and life jackets, daily 30 minutes paddle board/ kayaking hire. A massive thank you to all the staff which made our trip easy, comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to layaan who was an apprentice in the anchorage restaurant, he spoke really good english was very helpful and easy to speak to. He was really friendly and remained very professional throughout our stay. Would love to see him be promoted within the resort as it is very well deserved.

This was our first visit to the Maldives, and Sheraton was our natural choice, as we have stayed at Sheraton properties in India more than 3–4 times. As always, the hospitality was exceptional—everyone greeted us with warm smiles. The beach views, cleanliness, calm atmosphere, and peaceful surroundings made our stay truly special. We stayed a couple of nights in a Beach Villa and one night in a Water Villa, and both experiences were wonderful. Everything was well maintained, and the room stay was very comfortable. The food was good at Anchorage and Feast, while Masala Hut could have been better. Sanjeev from Anchorage and Krishna from Masala Hut went out of their way to help us with serving, recommendations, and curating dishes as per our preferences—thank you to both of them. We truly appreciate the service. During our stay at the Water Villa, I had a minor wound while diving, and the clinic provided immediate treatment, which was very reassuring. We loved the availability and ease of access to everything throughout our stay. The calmness, freedom to move around and enjoy ourselves, and the overall comfort were truly relaxing. We also enjoyed the complimentary kayaking and photoshoot, which added to our beautiful memories. Thank you, Sheraton, for always giving us unforgettable experiences. We look forward to visiting again.

Apart from the insect problem we experienced in the Overwater villa, it was a perfect holiday. The staff's attentiveness, the atmosphere, the nature, the ocean, the food, everything was wonderful. We recommend that guests from Türkiye choose to have dinner at Anchorage. They have restaurants very similar to our own cuisine. Breakfast at Feast is very good. Hotel have Muslim and very friendly staff 💐 Thank you for everything ♥️

Real Review for those, who looking for vacation in Maldives. We were carefully looking for a proper resort for the first visit to get wonderful impressions. Resort is luxurious in all meanings. Very friendly staff, food is great and delicious in big portions with several restaurants, don’t pay attention to those false reviews who say wrong about food. Convenient to reach from Airport, 15 mins in comfortable speed boat. For snorkeling, try it for sure (hotel provides tour for extra cost). We are pleased for complimentary services for our honeymoon. Bali massage in Spa Island was on top level, the brain and body were simply rebooted. Just perfect beach and convenient Island. Our advice, buy an All-inclusive package (otherwise you will spend a lot on foods and drinks). The resort went through personal verification and we are confident for choosing Sheraton for the next visit.

The Westin Maldives truly exceeded all expectations! 🌅 Staying in a sunset water villa for four nights was a dream come true. We were constantly entertained by the abundance of fish right under our villa, and we even had dolphins and sharks swim by to say hi & goodbye on our last day! 🐬🦈 What really sets this resort apart is the staff. Our housekeeper, Athar, was amazing—he even arranged a firmer mattress for my last night just to ensure I was comfortable. That level of care is hard to find! This is officially my favorite hotel ever, and I can't wait to come back for my third Maldives visit!

We’ve just finished our 9 day dream stay at this paradise hotel as a family of four with two kids (4 and 5 years old). As a Bonvoy ambassador I’ve been to many great hotels but this hotel, and the experience delivered through their extremely engaged, attentive and genuine staff went above and beyond! The entire stay from arrival to departure lived up to highest expectations in terms of their staff - shout out to everyone but particularly to Rohit, Min, Nicholas, Zainey, the team at the dive centre, the fitness team - just wow!! We felt extremely well looked after and the team delivered many surprise moments. The restaurants offer great variety in terms of meals and also daily changing options including BBQ evenings. We loved both IK and Hawker and will try The Pearl next time for sure. Min their executive chef is creating a wonderful ambiance and fulfilled every dream of our kids / including cotton candy. We stayed in a pool bungalow by the beach which was beautifully appointed with great taste and cleaned twice daily. The bathrooms are huge and the outdoor shower faces the beautiful turquoise sea. Spectacular!! The kids club had a great program with daily variety and a nice and caring team. We did three boat trips for snorkeling and one trip included a private lunch on a sandbank. Once in a lifetime moment. Thank you and we hope to being back soon!

This was our third stay at the Westin Maldives, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, the experience was flawless. Deepak and his entire team made everything seamless before we even arrived, and that same level of care continued through arrival, our entire stay, and departure. Every detail felt thoughtful, personal, and genuinely warm. The resort itself is stunning—beautiful villas, pristine beaches, and an atmosphere that instantly allows you to relax. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the people. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond, making you feel not just welcomed, but remembered. A special highlight for us on every visit is the ocean experience. The house reef is exceptional for snorkeling, with vibrant marine life right off the resort, and the scuba diving is excellent. The dive center is professional, safe, and incredibly well run. Iyaan deserves particular recognition—he is hands down one of the best dive masters we have ever dived with anywhere in the world. His knowledge, calm presence, attention to detail, and passion for the ocean make every dive exceptional. Returning for a third time says everything. For a resort that is now seven years old, the food program felt fresh, creative, and truly world-class. The Head Chef went far beyond expectations, taking the time to personally understand dietary needs and allergies, and then creating custom meals that were not only safe, but absolutely outstanding. This was not “special accommodation” food—it was fine dining, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Every meal felt intentional, flavorful, and memorable. The level of care and attention to detail made it clear that guest experience genuinely matters here. What really stood out was the hands-on, concierge-level approach from the kitchen. The Chef and staff were proactive, communicative, and incredibly professional, ensuring that every dining experience felt effortless and stress-free—especially important when allergies are involved. From breakfast through dinner, the quality was consistently excellent. Fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and a level of personalization that you simply don’t find at most resorts. The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort is a stunning property, but the culinary experience and leadership from the Head Chef truly elevate it into something special. This is a resort that understands that food is not just a meal—it’s a core part of the luxury experience. We would absolutely return, and the food alone is a reason to do so. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Westin. It was absolutely exceptional. We are a family of 4 with children aged 12 and 14. We had simply the best time ever! The service is out of this world. The staff will attend to your every need. I am a fussy eater and cannot eat Dairy or soy and they catered for me brilliantly. We had a choice between a la carte when the buffet would not suit. The 3 restaurants are fantastic. The Pearl Japanese restaurant is outstanding and the setting is beautiful as you can watch the sea life whilst you are eating. We had a deluxe family beach villa which was stunning. Fantastically large for 4 people and there was no problem requesting an additional bed so that we all had our own bed! The size of the hotel is perfect as it allows for such personal attention for your every need. I would like to mention all the staff but these are key ones who looked after us mostly.. Robin, Ihsan, Rohit, King (Hussein), Toha, Lashi, Man with tattoos (sorry wrote his name down and lost it). Honestly all just wonderful thank you! We made full use of the facilities. We snorkelled twice a day off the house reef on both sides of the island and saw so much amazing sea life - including reef sharks and turtles, and my daughter was snorkelling when the dolphins swam passed which was a lifetime wish! She will remember it forever. Indeed the dolphins would swim past the hotel every day, usually when we were having lunch and we would spot the. Big mention must go to the dive team - Harry, Jinan, Pavel and Men who looked after us so well. We did 2 scuba dives and felt really safe and well looked after. We also went big game fishing at 6am which was awesome. They offer experiences for everyone and the children were so engaged with everything. Table tennis is great too and water volleyball which we got involved with. I enjoyed my morning exercise running round the island on a clear route - 3 times which is 3 miles before breakfast, perfect! We paid for premium all inclusive which I would recommend for that extra level of luxury and well worth it. The resort is smallish and feels quiet which just adds to experience and makes you feel that you are in a really special place. Thank you to everyone, we will be talking about this holiday for a long time to come.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the JW Marriott in January 2026 and it was a phenomenal experience! We enjoyed a couple's massage, great swimming and snorkeling, and had a blast trying out all the different restaurants. Every morning when walking to breakfast we saw so much sea life by the pier (including a baby shark which was very cool)! We even had a manta ray outside our villa one day! One of the highlights of our trip was doing the wine dinner, hosted by the in-house sommelier Lahiru. It was such a blast and we learned so much about wine in addition to having one of the best dinner's of our trip! We definitely highly recommend! From the moment we arrived, we were relaxed and soaking in every moment that we were to enjoy at the JW Marriott. It was the perfect place to celebrate as newlyweds and JW Marriott went out of their way to make sure our honeymoon was special. We definitely hope to be back one day!

W Maldives is a masterclass in luxury. From the Male airport greeting to the staff personally escorting us back to security for our departure, the service was impeccable. The "Whatever/Whenever" team is lightning-fast via WhatsApp, and the facilities staff are incredibly kind. Everyone we met was professional and courteous. We were constantly in awe of the beautiful surroundings on this private island. We chose this resort for the house reef, and snorkeling right off our back porch was breathtaking. A huge shoutout to the scuba team and Adel for helping my wife get her certification! The spa is otherworldly and the food is great. It is pricey, but that is expected for private island dining in the middle of the ocean. When our flight was canceled twice, the staff were incredibly accommodating and handled the logistics perfectly, taking all the stress off our shoulders. We cannot recommend this resort more highly. It is truly a bucket-list destination!

Violet and I spent our honeymoon at the W Maldives, and it was truly the most incredible vacation we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the service was phenomenal. The entire staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for, everyone knew our names, and went out of their way to make every moment special. For our Honeymoon and Valentine’s Day, they surprised us by decorating our room with beautiful rose petals and preparing a relaxing bubble bath, which was a romantic and unforgettable touch. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The staff noticed we were going to the gym every day and surprised us with water bottles so we could stay hydrated. Aiham in guest services made us a personalized bag with a stingray design for us. Beyond the thoughtful surprises, the property itself is stunning, the food was amazing, and the overall experience was luxurious, warm, and personal. The W Maldives created memories that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. The W Maldives is absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch. The staff were so attentive and personable, they even knew our names which made us feel so special! A special thank you to Dream, she’s amazing. Every meal we had at the restaurants was excellent, and the food was just delicious. And the hotel along with our over water villa was breathtaking. Seriously, the views and accommodations were out of this world. Plus exploring the house reef was amazing - the fish and sharks were incredible to see up close. It was truly an unforgettable experience! Every walk around the resort is like your in an aquarium with fish, small reef sharks and stingrays in the reef. We truly appreciated the upgrade we received as Marriott gold elite members, along with the late checkout as thankfully the hotel was not fully booked. 10/10. The best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Blown away by how great it was. Definitely coming back next year. The reef is fantastic and I cannot imagine anywhere being much better. Nurse sharks, Reef sharks, Octopus, Turtles, Rays, Tuna, the lot. The ‘whatever/whenever’ that they promote, literally is exactly that. Felt like all the staff just could not do enough for you and they always wanted to please and make sure that everything was ok. 10 days of paradise and not one dull or disappointing moment. The resort was full capacity for a few days too but you would never have known and standards certainly did not slip. A shame there was only 3 restaurants but the food choice is extensive and they put on a buffet every 2 or3 days which is substantial to say the least. Good quality was brilliant. Very dish was delicious and fulfilling, no small portions either. The whole team were so good at making the holiday what it was. Top marks to all of them, especially Markr - Fitness manager Ben water sports manager Leoni- water sports Adel - scuba instructor Shane - food and beverage manager Lonsi - wet bar manager The one complaint we did let them all know about…. It needs ice cream parlour.
