Lifecycle & Automation Executive

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Lifecycle & Automation Executive to join our Marketing team in Horsham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and optimising our customer lifecycle communications during a period of growth and transformation.

Working closely with the Lifecycle & Automation CRM Manager and Senior CRM Manager, you will support the development and execution of our CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.

You will help design, build and optimise automated and campaign-based communications across email and SMS, ensuring our messaging is timely, relevant and aligned with customer behaviour.

This role will focus on driving bookings, increasing customer loyalty, and maximising customer lifetime value through effective segmentation, automation and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lifecycle & Campaign Management

  • Support the execution of the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy to improve customer engagement, retention and loyalty
  • Plan, build and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including recurring and automated lifecycle journeys across six brands
  • Manage and maintain the CRM marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and communications
  • Develop and optimise automated workflows including customer onboarding, nurture programmes, post-booking journeys and re-engagement campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule, following agreed processes and SLAs

Segmentation & Personalisation

  • Build and maintain audience segments to ensure communications are relevant and targeted
  • Identify new audience opportunities based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stage and travel interests
  • Support the implementation of personalisation strategies across CRM channels

Performance & Insights

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platform reporting
  • Evaluate key CRM metrics, including click-through rates, conversions, and engagement trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, automation journeys and overall lifecycle performance
  • Report on campaign performance against targets and share insights with internal stakeholders

Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with marketing, product and commercial teams to align CRM communications with wider marketing activity and promotions
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice and compliance standards
  • Support the CRM Manager with day-to-day CRM operations and administrative tasks as required

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in CRM or marketing automation
  • Experience with segmentation and workflow logic
  • Highly organised with strong workload management skills
  • Experience managing competing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Logical thinker with analytical mindset
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar platform desirable (Emarsys, Salesforce or Klaviyo)

This is a Full-Time position where you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
