These terms and conditions apply to the Win A 7-Night Mauritius Holiday For Two competition (“The Competition”) which is promoted by Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited and is operated via Destination2.

By claiming the prize, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.

The competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees of Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited Terms & Conditions:

Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time. To enter The Competition, the described action must be completed between 00.01 26/06/2026 and closes at 23.59 24/07/2026. Entry to the competition may only be made through the applicable method(s) indicated in the competition information. The Competition is open to Destination2.co.uk and Destination2.ie only with multiple methods of entry.

The method of entry “Sign Up To Our Newsletter”, describes the action of subscribing to our emails by entering your email into one of our competition sign-up forms on the Destination2 website. This method of entry is only available to new subscribers. This method is worth one entry into the prize draw.

The method of entry ‘Enter on Social Media’ describes the action of commenting on a competition post on the Destination2 social media pages. This method of entry is available to new and existing customers of Destination2. This method is worth one entry into the prize draw.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Prizes:

1. 1. The Prize: There is only one winner who will receive a Win A 7-Night Mauritius Holiday For Two. The prize consists of return flights from London or Dublin and hotel accommodation at Constance Le Chaland and Constance Belle Mare Plage. Please note, this prize is subject to availability and is available only on dates from 01/01/2027 to 01/09/2027 – blackout dates apply and will be advised when booking the prize. Black-out dates are, however, subject to change without prior notice, therefore we recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

2. The Competition opens at 00.01 26/06/2026 and closes at 23.59 24/07/2026.

3. The winner will be selected at random and contacted before 14/08/2026. Winners must claim their prize within 5 working days of notification and have booked by 01/09/2026 or the prize will be void and a new winner selected. The winner, whose prize has been forfeited, is not entitled to payment or compensation of any kind.

4. By entering the competition via “enter your email address”, you give Destination2 permission to use your entry for marketing purposes.

5. No alternative prize is available.

6. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or extended, must be taken between 01/01/2027 and 01/09/2027, and may not be taken during hotel blackout and promotion periods.

7. The winner must be one of the persons travelling on the holiday and this prize is non-transferable.

8. Destination2 retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

9. Lead traveller must be aged 18 or above. The winner and the winner’s travel companions must travel together and all components of the prize must be taken together.

10. The prize does not include domestic transfers, travel insurance, spending monies or incidental costs (such as additional meals, alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, internet, faxes, and personal purchases) other than those stated.

11. The prize does not include any Local Tourist Tax which must be paid locally by the prize winner.

12. The winner and their travel companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, health documentation, vaccination certificates, fit-to-fly certificates and any other entry requirements applicable at the time of travel. Destination2 cannot be held responsible for refused admission, denied boarding or any costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with entry or travel requirements. We strongly recommend that all travel documentation is checked carefully prior to departure. Any travelling companion must comply with these Terms and Conditions where applicable.

13. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited, its associated companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

14. The winner will be picked at random.

15. The surname and county of residence of the winner may be made available upon request in accordance with applicable promotional marketing regulations, unless the winner objects or requests that their information be limited.

16. No purchase is necessary to win. One entry is available per person. Purchasing a holiday does not increase the chances of winning. Incomplete, illegible, automated, bulk, fraudulent or third-party entries will not be accepted.

17. Employees of Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited and associated group companies are excluded from participation in this competition.

18. Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited’s decision on the winner is final. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified timeframe, or is unable to accept the prize, Destination2 reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

19. Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and may stage another competition in its place.

20. Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize except where caused by its negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

21. Destination2 shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, pandemic, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

22. By claiming The Competition prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Irish law for those entering in the Republic of Ireland and UK law for those entering in the UK. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights applicable in Northern Ireland.

Data Protection and Publicity

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Destination2's Privacy Policy, available on its website, and will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition unless additional consent has been provided. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition. Specialist Holidays (Travel) Limited may use the winner's name, image and comments relating to the prize and competition experience for promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable data protection legislation.
